Customers report that the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, providing great service. There is always a greeter at the door to help with immediate needs. The store is known for going above and beyond for customer satisfaction, even fixing issues that are not its fault at no cost. Staff will locate items from other stores and make exchanges at a customer's doorstep to make things right. This above and beyond service is what keeps customers returning over the big box stores. The store also offers the ability to ship items, which is way better than the post office.
