Don't go here between the hours of 11:30am and 1:00pm if you're hungry and wanting something off the hot rollers for lunch. They will not have it. Have been several times this week and there is nothing on the rollers. Then they get an attitude with you when you asked what's going on.

I Guess their manager “Sherry” put a prepay on the wrong pump and she came out and told me to move to a different pump and before i could even respond she asks me “do you know english” I frequent this location often as I work in Southlake and this is not the first time she has had something inappropriate to say but never in my life have i experienced such blatant racism. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. What a poor representation to have in a position of “leadership”.

I came in and bought two things, a 20 ounce diet Pepsi, that I picked myself and then a slice of pepperoni pizza that the cashier had to hand me. Can you guess which one was wrong. If you guess what the cashier gave me was wrong you win. This is ridiculous. Two items one wrong 50% that’s an F!!!

Worst men’s bathroom ever . No toilet paper at all and the holder is no where to be found , bathroom dosnt look like it’s been cleaned in days . Urine stains everywhere . Clean your bathrooms it’s not that hard .

Wow! We were greeted with amazing service today. Your staff was so kind and gentle with my son who has special needs. Thank you so much for making him smile for the rest of our drive back to Houston. Anytime we are in Keller we will be stoping back in.

I'm sure this location is as good as any other 7-Eleven but I'm not a fan. They have signs everywhere pushing their rewards program. One was on the cooler window saying this item has a "DISCOUNT COUPON" in the rewards program and gave a number to text to "simply" sign up. It didn't say which item but since mine was in the cooler decided I'd take the bait...and I got the hook. I texted it and it asked for my zip code and then it just sent back a link to the app where I had to register. What was the point of texting? (Answer: to get permission to send me automated texts) Then in the app, there were NO discount coupons for anything. Only deals to get extra points. So spent 10 extra minutes in the store for false advertising. I took my item to the counter and asked about the advertised discount. She said she'd have to scan my item to see (which is not a good answer to "where is the discount coupon in the app?") and told me it scanned at $10 but had a $3 discount and I was saving! Except that $7 was the marked price to begin with I would've never even picked it up if it were $10. Waste of time for their rewards program BS. Deleted the app. Will hit QT next time. The coffee selection and quality are also terrible compared to, say, Circle K.
