Don't rent property from David Reed, the Reed-Billingsly realtor in Keene. He's unfair to good renters who work hard to clean up to move into his property and try to accumulate false charges against your when you move out so he doesn't have to give your deposit back. Had it not been for detailed photos taken of the mess when I helped them move in, these people would have lost even more. He didn't want to pay for all the supplies to clean the apartment when moving in. Grease was on/in stone/ oven and even on the ceilings!!! He actually charged them for oven cleaning the clean oven when they moved out. Grrrr! He considered that the vacuum cleaned carpet ONLY a clean apartment moving in but when they moved out AND THOROUGHLY CLEANED it, he tried to hold $270. I'm not one to try to hurt people but I'm trying to protect others from his business practices.

They lack in business ethics and they lack in professional as well...they dont call you back they lie. My fiance and I have looked at a few houses and the lady told me it was rented already but when my fiance called 30 secs later and asked if they had any rentals she gave him the exact address she told me was rented..theres a heavy set guy that works there and he is very judgemental on you his remarks and looks that he gave to us was very rude. They lack in courtesy they flat ignored us while we were telling them what we were looking for although they had several houses posted they told us they didnt have any and when we asked about the ones listed they said oh those have been rented...They call themselves Christians and call themselves a christian community but they judge you and treat you disrespectfully not following the bible...we were actually looking for a home for our family now if we see any signs that says their name we stay away from it...DO NOT USE THEM VERY JUDGEMENTAL AND DISRESPECTFUL
