These people at this bank are so damn incompetent. It doesn’t make any sense.

My first visit to this branch was awesome. I was very lucky to meet Yuviana. She was friendly, professional and efficient. She was very responsive whenever I send her an email for help. I could not thank her enough. Definitely best customer service. Highly recommend this branch and Yuviana.
