My first visit to this branch was awesome. I was very lucky to meet Yuviana. She was friendly, professional and efficient. She was very responsive whenever I send her an email for help. I could not thank her enough. Definitely best customer service. Highly recommend this branch and Yuviana.

I have had nothing but bad luck with this bank for heaven sake. I can’t even get money out of the ATM without it saying unavailable, Nine out of 10 they’re ATM never works

Staff is allergic to answering the phone
(Replying to the response of my initial review) I did call at the start of the day. Right at 9AM, wasted an entire hour of my morning and multiple phone calls trying to get ahold of anybody at all.
How about having employees who are actually going to answer the phone? I think that's a good place to start

I went in there to open my business account, and the banker was not very friendly; I felt like she immediately did not want my business. I had all my paperwork she just kept asking for more things. Please hire friendlier people who actually want to engage with there customers./

I am so thankful for the assistance Maria (teller in the lobby) provided me! Her customer service was amazing! she has a calm and welcoming demeanor and I would gladly bank here if I lived closer! She should be commended and more employees strive to be on her level ????

Branch Manager greeted me because I was a little lost. Pointed me to the right direction and my Madisyn, the personal banker was magnificent!
