Their sales force is not about supporting their sale. They have zero loaner cars if your car needs warranty work you will be afoot until they get the parts. These days that can be months and not days. So if you are buying a new car and it will be your only car, get it somewhere that supports their service department.

They are friendly but my dad feels I get taken advantage of because of my lack of vehicle knowledge and not speaking up. This is the 2nd time I've gone in for an oil change and tire rotation and my tires weren't rotated. I wouldn't have even known if it weren't for my dad. I have one tire that is not the same as the others, it's been in the same spot for the last 2 visits. This last visit, I'm told the truck is ready and get ready to pay when I am slyly told "and oh by the way we couldn't do a tire change because we couldn't find the tire lock". I then tell them that they are the only and the last people to have serviced my vehicle. So if it's not in the truck it's because y'all didn't put it back during the last visit. She tells to me to go look and if I can't find it then they will order and pay for another. I go out to the vehicle and find it in the glove box under my insurance/car papers where it typically would be. I bring it back to her and she says well we aren't allowed to "rummage through customers belongings we will make sure to do it next time".I've been going there almost 2 years I've never had them say they couldn't find it or couldn't "rummage". All they had to do was move the insurance/car documents. I'm not sure if it was just an honest mistake or laziness. I'm erring on laziness as they didn't bother to do the rotation the previous service either. I feel if they are charging me for it, it should be completed. I will be marking/checking my tires from now on to make sure they are being rotated. This experience also made me think I should be checking to make sure they put my tire key/lock back. (She was getting ready to quote me for one until I said y'all are the only dealership that works on my vehicle-I have all my receipts and I know you can look up my service history.)

Fantastic purchasing experience! Luke Schultink at Brinson was the most professional and courteous salesperson I have met. I have purchased a few cars in the past, this has to be hands down the best purchasing experience I have ever had. Everything was explained thoroughly, time was taken to ensure I was fully understanding of any questions that I had. The entire buying process was simple and most importantly expedited. My family and myself did not feel pressured or uncomfortable at any time. This was as hassle free as it can be. Thank you again Luke and the Brinson Chevrolet team for the fantastic service and purchasing experience. I will definitely continue to be a customer for years to come.

Brinson of Kaufman. We feel we been stolen from. Traded in a Ford explore for a Chevy 1500. Could not take possession of the truck because it had issues and was being repaired he told us it would take just a few minutes we sat at the location until 645 then the sales person finally came out and told us that the service department closed 45 minutes ago and he would call us when the vehicle is ready he will put us in a loaner vehicle. Which turned into three days. When taken possession of the vehicle it literally died as we're pulling into the gas station because it had zero fuel in it. The vehicle was supposed to come with two keys when I asked about the second keys they wanted me to pay 200 and some dollars and the gentleman in parts got an attitude with me when I advised him that I would not be paying for the second set of keys. The we come to find out through the finance company they added several thousands of dollars to what we originally agreed upon. When we confronted them they apologized and said they would send a check to the finance company to make it right. Now we are paying interest on money we never borrowed. They also found my wife wedding bands in the car two sets and claim they threw them away. We are still waiting on the repair of the bed that was agreed-upon which will probably not happen. This has absolutely been one of the worst experiences with a dealership. I will never use anything related to Brinson motors. And I would recommend anyone to stay away from this dealership or company as it is clear that they are very untrustworthy and do shady practices.

Justin and Jennifer are so amazing! I went in panicking because my old car broke down! They were able to work with my credit and get me into a brand new 2021 trailblazer! They made the process so quick and easy I will never go anywhere else!

Just picked up a pre-owned car from SouthWest Chevrolet in Kaufman. Kyle Keathley worked with me for weeks before I made up my mind to get my Lancer. He never pressured me and was wonderful to work with. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and willing to help me make a deal. I recommend them to everyone, Especially Kyle. He'll go out of his way to help get you in a car.

Customer service was great! Leroy helped me, I was just out looking not really intending on purchasing a vehicle that day. They had a great deals going on and he helped me find the perfect car that met my needs and especially price. At first I was hesitant on going to that location because of past experience, since the new ownership has taken over customer service has changed for the better. Love my new car thank you.

Great feel when I was buying my truck and I even bought the extended warranty plus the gave me exactly what I needed for my trade in. Sales department did a good job!!!! But when I return for my free oil changes that's when it started with them trying to sell me stuff that I didn't need for example a cabin air filter I was shown a dirty nasty one that needed to be replaced and since my brother in law works for o'reilly auto parts I refused knowing I could get one much cheape
