Terrible. The staff make rude comments/jokes. I went in there told them I bought two batteries a year ago for a certain amount of money and they responded with “what like in the 1920’s?” I am a fairly older gentleman but I do not tolerate disrespect like that from a business I used to respect!

Napa has always been 1 of my favorite parts stores and I spent 3 days looking for a certain part that only certain suppliers have access to 1 being Napa I've tried ordering the parts directly from the web Noone had it available but the employee at Napa in kaufman knew exactly what I needed had me in and out within 3 minutes with the part service is worth more than 5 ?'s I plan to keep my service with this store in particular even though there's 3 other parts stores 10 mine up the road and Napa in kaufman is a 35 min drive 1 way from me the gratitude and service up there makes it worth it
