First off, They are a lot closer than you think. It's a quick trip from 34, go easy about 1 mile on 175.I called ahead for pricing and to make sure they had what I needed in stock. No getting passed around, just quick information.Recent purchase - treated lumber, every board was perfect, didn't have to get a cart, sort thru lumber (Home Depot) Price was lower than Home D & McCoy's. They loaded it for me, was in and out quick and back to work.

One of worst customer experiences in years. Went in to buy weed eater ask man by weed eaters for help he sends us to a man that send us to a bald man that wss extrenely rude we sat down and we are talking about something on counter and he talks over me says maybe she can help you and points to someone on phone wait 5 minutes for her to get off phone she sends us to bald man he ssys he cant help us. They litersllly turned away paying customers one a senior citizen ready to buy and were extremely rude. Been going there 20 years this is entirely new group of people they will never see a dollar of mine again i was a regular shopper. We are driving 20 miles to a real stihl dealership to avoid dealing with ppl who wont sell you what you came to buy anyway. We had cash was 1 minute tops to check us out
