Excellent communication as to repair cost, time to repair, quality workmanship and friendly customer service. Works well with insurance adjusters to get your car up and going again in the shortest time possible. Ordered parts and was quick to complete work within specified time frame. Would highly recommend them.

Great experience with Gomez auto! The team was very nice and kept in communication about my car. Got the job done in a timely manner (a lot quicker than I expected) and it turned out great! If I ever have another issue I would definitely return.

This shop replaced my headlight assembly, but did not install the headlights symmetrically. When I brought it up to the owner he tried to tell me it was nothing he could do to make sure the headlights were placed evenly above my bumper. When I told him I just want my headlights to look symmetrical, he then told me I would have to wait behind other customers and that he’d have to charge me extra for making sure the headlights were installed evenly and symmetrical. When I said okay, he then got one of his employees and tried to adjust the headlights so that they did look evenly above my front bumper. I was also not charged extra and I didn’t have to wait behind another customer. Attention to detail of the job was poor, and the customer service was poor as well. I won’t be going to this shop again.

These people are doing the lords work ? dealing with insurance companies can be a total headache. These guys have gone above and beyond to help me with getting my car paid for by the insurance company. Could not be happier with this locally owned family run business. The whole family was very polite and welcoming. I bought a truck from them that they had repaired. Naturally I had many questions and they answered all of them. I would definitely recommend their automotive body shop services to anyone need it. The work is top notch, no corners are cut.
