They lost my daughter's meds 3 times today after saying ready. Drove up there 4 times. So ridiculous. Switching she is on seizure meds and relying on them is very important and also they lost her other important meds today. Rude customer service as well

I have had nothing but problems with this pharmacy. They rarely seem to have medications in stock, delay filling for days at a time with no update to the patient, even told me to call around to other branches to track down stock, which seems to me like it should be their responsibility. Never an apology, always a dismissive can't-be-bothered attitude. I have been more than patient. I have delayed time sensitive medical interventions because of them. Twice now I have gone in a day or two after the initial prescription was submitted when I was told they were ordering my medications, and was then told "Oh, we got a truck, but they didn't put that in there." And then just stare at me. One even said "I don't know what you want me to do." I am finished with CVS. (I will say the pharmacists I had to call in Gun Barrel, Forney, Athens, and Terrell were all very kind and helpful, so this seems to be unique to this location). If you need prompt prescriptions, DO NOT use this pharmacy.

Almost every time I come to pick up medications, because I get a text the day before that the medication is ready, they don’t have it ready. I don’t understand! This used to be a great place but each year it just gets worse.

I have 2 prescriptions on auto refill. 2 separate occasions my medication was not available, even though I had received a message stating it was being filled. I don't get any notifications saying they are out of stock. If it's being auto filled, shouldn't it be ordered? Extremely frustrating.

Stopped at CVS in Kaufman, usually a dependable source for immediate needs. Walking in, no one was at the front counters so I shopped what I needed (water, Dr Pepper, and throat lozenges), went back to the front - still no one - so I had to take my things to the back pharmaceutical counter. I waited till the people behind the counter stopped talking and laughing with each other, when a young man finally stepped up to the counter and asked "who are you picking up for?" I told him it's not a pick-up but a purchase since no one was up front. I paid for my things and left. In the car I looked at the receipt - EIGHT BUCKS for throat lozenges. I know CVS is expensive but that was way out of the ballpark. I needed them for my sore throat so I left. There were no prices on anything, just worn, yellow tags everywhere saying "Buy One, Get 50% off 2nd". Now I'm wondering if it's a sign they're going out of business? Hike up prices but give the buyer a break on a 2nd item. No thanks. With multiple other choices, I won't be shopping there again.

Stop ripping people off by over charging for passport photos. $17 for two pictures is not an honest charge in the least. The nice lady that helped us gets all the stars. CVS gets none.

The pharmacy service is outstanding. Miss Crowley was extremely helpful in finding all information across three stores. She assisted not only us but everyone with a great smile. Blake Roberts administered the vaccines. His service and patience made me shop a little bit more than expected. He exuded great assistance! Great crew!

Grossly dirty and smelly store. The carpet looked and smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Only one restroom was open, shared by both men and women. This only restroom was a health hazard, with chunks of p**p on the toilet seat. Stay safe, stay away!
