They communicated with me through the whole process and explained everything like delays on parts and types of repairs. If you've ever been to big collision center you know you gotta wait for a call back or cant reach them. This is not the case with Capital Collision. They're worked above and beyond to get our deadline to go on vacation and they made it happen. 10 stars if I could.”
