DON’T BANK WITH PNC!!!
PNC sucks. They are just stealing money from us. I had $284.57 in my account. I have the email proof. I went grocery shopping. I wake up this morning to my account being negative when I clearly had the money. The email receipt have time and dates.
I messaged PNC and they said sorry we can’t help you.
THEY ARE CLEARLY STEALING!

My first visit to this branch. I was not disappointed. The people and atmosphere were amazing. Sergio helped my hubby and me with a couple of things. He was very nice, efficient and professional. I highly recommend this branch.

I've used this bank for so long and I'm very happy with it so far the Kaufman bank is my only choice I know everyone there and they call me by name I love my bank I have nothing bad to say about it and trust me if I did they would know and I would make it public and they would not won't to loose my account or the business I bring ... Not that I'm special but they treat me like I am ?

This bank is a total rip off with shadyness going on. I took a check that my customer hadgave me thoroughly $3,200.00 this money was to purchase materials to complete work at her house. The teller charged me $64.00 to cash this check. Even though the check was written on this bank by one of their customers. I then asked for a receipt. I was told that they could not give me a receipt even though this was a transaction where I was charged for a service. I was told to have my customer look at her statement to see the charge. Then after she looked it up she says no it doesn't show on her statement either. So folks does this sound normal? Or does it sound and look shady. There is money being charged with no paper trail to be found. Hmm. Where is this money going? I'm sorry I but to be charged anything to cash a check that their customer wrote for her materials for her house is just flat wrong. $64.00 of straight wrong. And I couldn't get a receipt. Someone isn't being truthful with these charges. I'm not a real smart fella but isn't this some kind of embezzlement? The IRS should look into this. No telling how much they have gotten away with since there is no paper trail. Just saying g I'd stear clear of these folks. They'll get ya

Paid $40 for an item supposed to be instant transactions but THE BANK decided to take the money out 3 days later not the merchant and now I’m left in the negative soooo I will be going down the street to Wells Fargo with my next paycheck... Angela was an angel tho God Bless Her!

Best bank ive ever been too. Specifically the Kaufman branch has excellent service. I too had multiple large insurance checks ($5k+) come and its standard practice to put holds on large checks, typically anything 1k and over. but if you have over draft charges in past 6 months they can hold additional 2 weeks. Most times its automatic. All banks do this. please read the small print for any bank you use! I understand being upset not getting cash on a deposited check I been there. All the check information cam be found on their website or just call the branch. They will answer your questions.

Been banking with compass 20 years almost. Received insurance check for repairs on our house due to tornadoes. Sent check mortgager- waited for its return. Finally get it back and the horrible teller puts another 5 day hold on it at her discretion. Thanks compass for letting more water into our home an ruining it further. The lady that runs this branch should be fired. She is jealous and slow as molasses. Be prepared for terrible service and to wait forever. I will start cancelling all my online bills and switch to another bank because of this. This woman is going to cost this bank many customers.

BBVA in Kaufman has to be the friendliest bank that I have ever encountered. They are very helpful, and genuinely care about your business. And trust me on that, because I do not have large accounts at all! ;D
