Estoy muy decepcionada con Xfinity, no tienen seguridad alguna para el internet, me hackearon mi cuenta y me conectaban un sin número de dispositivos, cambie el router dos veces y seguía con lo mismo, hasta hoy que opte con cancelar mi internet con ellos, te dicen que te van a enviar un técnico a tu casa para ver si se soluciona el problema y encima de las molestias ocasionadas yo lo tenia que pagar ? Can not say enough about the gentleman who assisted me with online payment issues, no questions asked. He worked with me and offered a fair resolution! Give staff grace and patience. We dont know the magnitude of damages from Beryl in the wake of the aftermath! Gratefu customer!

Last time when I go this location they told me it is promotion for $59 now today I recognize for 4 time they charge me $112.59 they charge me hire amount what they promised customer it’s crazy I don’t know why they not doing what they tell customer I didn’t was happy at all with Comcast and I didn’t had good internet connection internet was trouble and they told me they gave me flex box they want me return I never received nothing like that and they charged me , they charged me today the hole amount when I went to cancel my internet they said they will not refund the total amount they charge me

They do not make it easy to cancel your service. We wanted to stay with them for the tv service, but their service department made the decision easy.

I didn't like the vibe I felt when entering the store, the team didn't seem too eager to help, and the guy who actually came to our help did answered all the questions but wasn't too friendly and didn't seem too approachable or eager to answer all the questions and concerns I had, so I decided to leave it as is and walked out with my wife. I wasn't thrilled by their phones variety either

If you ever plan to get a internet plan with Comcast go somewhere else they up charge. Especially if your planning on getting internet for your business. The employees lie just to get a sell. I do not recommend you to come to Comcast they’ll take all your money and then when you call to see if they can do something to fix it cuz your not happy. They’ll just ask you to pay out your contract or you’ll just have to deal with it till your contract is over. And also your service will most likely be out 6-10 time a month. Just because they have some type of maintenance to do. And they won’t even discount you anything.

During a recent storm my electricity went out for several days and when it came back on my WiFi modem would not turn on. When I went to the store I wan immediately greeted by Aaron. I advised my problem and was immediately assisted. Aaron quickly got me a replacement and the exchange process went very smooth and fast. Thank you for quickly assisting with wonderful customer service!

I had to go to Xfinity to get my phone activated after transferring from T-Mobile. The female Hispanic manger (forgot her name) and one of the employees I believe his name was Kai stayed with me well after hours to be sure my phone was active. They were very patient, attentive and kind. I appreciate them
