Terrible customer service, you greet when you enter and they don't respond, they only look up at you, I had to repeat the greeting so that they have some education and respond, they get upset if you speak to them in Spanish, the young man watches television and gets upset because he They called to speak to us in Spanish, on other occasions we have gone and seen them speaking in Spanish and for some reason that I don't know they do not want to speak in Spanish, in short they did not solve what I went to, I had to go out and try to call customer service but it is almost impossible for them to connect you, it has been a very bad experience Xfinity, with other companies do not go through this

The Cinco Ranch store agents and managers are first grade cheaters in this store. they lie everything to customer's while taking the mew mobile connections but when we get bill different it’s different. When I came to store with bill they said they are not responsible and talk to billing department. So no one visit this store for anything.. They is no zero rating otherwise I would be.

I was sold a wrong plan_ got overcharged. Then can't really get hold to someone who can assist over the phone.
Got to the store on Cinco Ranch ( where I purchased the phone) and the "manager" is highly rude, unprofessional, and nonchalant. I just don't want to call names here.
I may be looking to take my business somewhere else

I just left the Cinco Ranch store where I have been going for almost 3 years and had good treatment, they explained everything in detail. Today they made me a charge that is not the usual one, the girl who serves me sends me a link and tells me to read what they sent me, I tell her that I don't speak English that's why I asked for support in Spanish and from then on the treatment He was rude and impolite, I asked him for his name, he didn't want to give it to me, then he told me that her name was Stefaní and that she wasn't going to help me except to call 1-800 to return the money, and that she doesn't know why they charged me that... that she had already taken it away. of the plan.. the first time they have treated me in such a rude and ill-mannered manner… obviously I ended up telling him that it was rude and ill-mannered.

SCAMMY STORE. Months ago, they advised me to set up a dummy line without a phone for a discount and assured me that I could cancel it later. We did exactly that. Now, Xfinity is charging my elderly parents $500 due to this so-called dummy line. They said the phone numbers were even used in other countries. This store’s advice was misleading, dishonest, and scammy. I strongly recommend avoiding this store.

Our contract ended so we came by to see if we can get a deal similar to the one we had before. Jamal was the one who helped us, and he was very professional and efficient. We were in there for like 5 minutes tops and ended up getting a better deal. Both my husband and I were amazed by the speed and ease of how everything went.

I'm not one to leave bad comments but I definitely wouldn't want anyone to go through the same thing as me. Giving one star is too much due to the lack of knowledge, advice and information management that this store has. The girl who helped us was very lacking in information and the boy who was supposed to support her with a rude attitude and without an ounce of empathy. What is more unfortunate is the amount of bad comments here that I have seen for a while now and nothing has changed. The answer is always the same. We clients are not going to ask for anything, we give away. Let's BUY. I would never recommend this store...

This store is useless. In store reps offered no help and kept repeating the same thing. No one had any knowledge of the issue I was facing. Customer service tells me to come in store and in store reps tell me to contact customer service.

Xfinity has to be the WORST company to get internet services with! I’ve tried for the past 10 minutes to get an agent on the phone and the automated assistant ran a health check on my internet. I DID NOT ASK FOR THAT! I can’t even get an agent on the phone to get a technician out and when an agent says they will call you back at a specified time, THEY DON’T! The worst service ever and I’ll be shopping around for another provider.
