Need a replacement set of wheel locks and lugs. Visited their parts department and the young man at the counter brought a set out that was nowhere near what I had previously. He said that they had updated the design I so asked him if he had any of the original style and he went back and got them. Then he quoted me a price of $135. He told me to go to the cashier next-door to pay for my purchase. I asked the cashier if there was any veterans discount and she said oh you will have to talk to the parts man for that. So I go back to the parts clerk and asked him about it and he smirked at me and said oh well that set was actually more -it was $150 and I already gave you a discount. I said OK went back to the cashier and paid the original amount. I asked her where the discount is showing on the receipt and she could not find it. I decided I would just pay and leave. I guess I shouldn’t have because I found the same thing on Amazon for $60 once I got home. That’s my mistake- I’ll never go back to Westside because of the way they treat veterans and screw over their customers.

I was very pleased with my car shopping experience at Westside Chevrolet. Jonathan did an outstanding job throughout the whole process. In fact, this was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. Outstanding! Super satisfied with the quality of service that was provided.

As of today Westside Chevrolet has not reached out to me nor willing to help me. My review still stands as is due to lack of communication and professionalism. Yelpers, look at my past reviews and make a solid decision before using this company.I've already contacted Chevrolet about them as well.

Gilbert Tristan was awesome! Worked with me till we had a deal. Accommodated the fact that I was an out of town buyer. The best car purchase experience I've ever had. The final paperwork was quick and easy, never thought that was even possible. Highly recommend if you want a smooth easy transaction.

Salesman Ernest Smith is knowledgeable, professional and patient. He listened to all of my concerns and addressed each one of them. The entire team from GM to Finance were very nice and answered every question I had. Thank you! I'd definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family.

I set up my one free oil change by calling the dealership a week before. The rep at that time told me it was free and I asked him 3 times to confirm. I also explained to him that I had been notified of a recall but he stated he did not see anything. My wife took the veh to the dealership at 8:30 for the appointment and was told no problem on oil change but the recall may take a little bit, she stated she could wait a little bit to get it done. FOUR HOURS later she is still there and no one has told her anything. I finally ask her to go check on it and she was told oil change was done but the recall may take even longer. I called up to the service department and the person in charge told me he is not sure if it would even get done today. I explained why did he not tell my wife that once the oil change was done, and that the recall may take till late today or not at all. I got no answer. During this time on the phone my wife text me to tell me they are charging over $100 for the oil change because the 1 year time frame to get the oil change done had expired by TWO DAYS. If the person I spoke to on the phone initially could have told me that, I could have had the veh in the week before when I set up the appointment. The service advisor told me that their was NO ONE there that had authority for the $100, hard to believe. He stated he could have someone call me the next day. Three days later and I am still waiting on a call. I have bought 3 or 4 vehicles from this dealership but will never do it again. I also have not received any calls to set up the recall work that they could not do. I was also told that it is a quick fix but that department was to busy in the four hours my wife was there to fix it.(Seems hard to believe as well)

Experience was fine. Was treated with respect and informed of every step the whole way. The only part not fulfilled was the curtesy wash as requested. This would have helped removed the grease prints below the driver side window, which was not present when turning in the vehicle.

Shut down all dealerships from yesterday and try to purchase an automobile to stay work in or just live in me real adult child, "Telling someone they are approved and then later saying the bank won't finance is unacceptable. We had the necessary income. Any perceived business loss you mentioned isn't accurate. It's misleading to assert what the bank will or will not do. This is bad business practice."

This establishment doesn't do their due diligence regarding the maintenance on the vehicles during services. If I could give 0 stars I would. If you see fluid leaking from the transmission, why wouldn't that be check on nor letting the customer know how important that is to get that check out immediately. Would not recommend coming here for your services.

I have taken my vehicle to this Chevy dealership location a few times now. I've had business with service advisors Rudolfo and Shawn before. I have found that Shawn is not the best at getting back in touch when he says he will, wether it's email or by phone. I've waited numerous days to hear back regarding a service my vehicle was receiving. Regardless, they are polite and the work has always been acceptable. The prices are much more affordable in comparison to Mac Haik a few miles away. The bathroom in the waiting area is pretty filthy and off putting, would not use. I do like that they offer ride service to wherever to you need to go from the dealership, which is very kind and convenient.

Called west side for a recall on my 2015 EquinoxSomething about replacing defective windshield wiper motors. Got transferred to service dept. It was about 2-3 pm. No one answered the phone,had to leave a message. That was about 3 weeks. Started reading the reviews on this dealership. I am glad they didn't call. Stopped reading after 10 or 12 reviewsDefinitely not the place to go. I chose them because they were closer to my home. I called Mac haik dealer, spoke to very nice lady. Explained the issue,put me on hold to talk to service manager,and was back to me in minutes, told me they had to order parts and should be in about 2-3 weeks. She will call and set up appointment when they come in. All this in about 10 minutes. Glad I called them. First time at west side and definitely last time. By the way, they still haven't returned my call.

Brenham was super professional fast and made me feel like my car was in awesome hands. When I got my car back they put the battery and reset my tire reader. Wish they would have ran it through the car wash after they vacuumed but still happy with the young man’s customer service! He even brought my car to me when he saw me sitting at the lobby

We dropped in over the weekend to look at some Chevy Tahoe's. Jason greeted us at the door. He was a very friendly salesman. He really took the time to explain a lot to us about the cars, the options, availability, pricing and financing. He was very patient and very thorough and wanted us to make the right choice to get what we want. We ultimately did not end up buying from this dealership but we will be back for our next car if Jason is still working for them.If you want a great, low pressure salesman to take his time with you and make you a customer for life then Jason is your guy.

I stopped by for routine maintenance this week. I was a little skeptical (at first) letting another shop work on my vehicle. I usually only use my trusted mechanic or do the work myself. I was pleasantly surprised at how professional, thorough, and knowledgeable Austin D was during my experience. His customer service skills are incredible, and he has a very personable charisma. I'll be coming back again for fleet maintenance, but I'll only do business with him. Go Buckeyes!

Jonathan Ayala went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed when I first arrived at the dealership. He catered to my interest in the vehicle I was looking for and helped me locate exactly what I wanted. During the entire experience of getting my vehicle appraisal, making a great deal and getting approval from my bank, Jonathan made me feel comfortable and was very patient with me during the entire experience. I want to say thank you again to the entire team, including the finance manager, the crew who detailed my vehicle and especially Jonathan for all being professional yet friendly people who made my car buying experience 10 out of 10. I will absolutely recommend Katy West Chevrolet to my family and friends for their future car purchases as well.
