This place was amazing! They were able to get somebody out to us so fast, everyone was very polite and nice. J.D. and Caleb were speedy, great and were able to answer all my questions easily! I will come back in the future and be recommending for sure! Very satisfied with my choice to use this company. They honestly just get better each time I use them! Very knowledgeable and informative. WHE installed our Generac today and replaced the electrical panel. They did an excellent job, and I highly recommend them. They were the only generator company to respond to me after Hurrican Beryl rolled through the Katy TX area - even Blaze Generators never responded to my several calls and emails through their website. The new panel is 100% better than the original and not only provides peace of mind but it will add resale value to the home. Wonderful job by a very pleasant group of professionals - very refreshing in this day and age.

Roland with West Houston Electric did a safety inspection to address concerns I had with my electrical system. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in great detail. He gave me options but did not try to push me into anything unnecessary. He was also extremely kind and personable. I will use this company in the future and ask for Roland specifically.

Rolando and his co-worker did a very good job finding the electricity ‘leak’ and solving our problem. It took time but he was persistent and got the job done. Cleaned up afterwards. I also liked the emails-texts to remind me of the appointment and update about arrival time etc.

I was having constant electricity outages in my upstairs bedrooms and tried everything to fix it. Finally I called West Houston Electric for help, and I'm so glad I did! Joseph came right on time and spent the whole day replacing my old extremely outdated breaker box. He was super nice and even helped me move furniture and storage boxes that were blocking access to my breaker box. Now I have power in my home! I couldn't be happier with Joseph, and West Houston Electric! I highly recommend West Houston Electric.

We had a generator installed in our home. This job was a very long and complicated one that took all day to complete. Rolan and Miguel were very professional and thorough. Rolan carefully explained the process to me and my sister, Celia Smith, who is the homeowner. Very glad they were our technicians! Great meeting both of them and thanks to West Houston Electric!

Thanks to Theo and West Houston Electric for replacing my entire panel, meter base, installing copper grounding, a whole-home surge protector, and an interlock kit for my generator! I feel safe knowing Theo did a thorough job even on a very hot summer day. He's very committed to his work which really shows in the result (see before and after photos).
