Can not just walk in to see a banker, must make an appointment. There is no business banker and the other banker’s there are unable to help.

Poorly trained tellers at the drive through window. Couldn’t figure out how to cash a check and then deposit the cash.

I have banked with WF for over 30 years. Today I walked in with my 16 yr old daughter to open her a new account. They did not have the staff to help us. Said we needed to make an appointment. Drove down the street of Bank of America and literally walked in and sat down with a banker. This is the 2nd bad experience I have had with WF in the last 6 months. Maybe its time to change banks. Not only did they loose my daughter's business but they might just loose mine too.PS we also sat at another WF in the neighborhood over in Cross Creek and they did not have a banker available when we walked in.

Every time I come to this branch, there is always some drama. There was only two people in line, yet we wait 40 minutes to speak to a teller. This is literally the worst Wells Fargo branch in the state of Texas! I would rather drive 15 minutes to a different one than ever step back into this one. Absolute garbage.

Stay away from here. They treat you badly. I’ve had an account there for many years , and they act as if I was someone that is scamming them. Disgraceful treatment of a longtime customer, especially from the manager . Remember , Wells Fargo , it’s MY money , not yours. Go to another bank or a credit union.

Withdraw $10k is never this complicated and inconvenient like this ever before. I know I have to come inside for bigger bill, but with $10k never been asked to. Having all the cards and identification that they need, y’all still have to park, come inside, and waiting time like forever, and then carry cash out by yourself. Unprofessional and unsecure service.

The manager at this location (99 Grand Parkway), Nick, is fantastic! We were going to leave Wells Fargo completely after 4 totally blatant bad experiences in Old Katy (ATM broken for months, another situation where a manager Mercedes was supposed to call us back next business day and she did not call, another experience where manager Mercedes refused to jump behind a teller window bc she's the manager and a long line of customers were told to wait while she, the manager of Old Katy, strolled around the lobby spinning manager keys on her finger while the line of customers got longer and longer and when we [not just us] brought this growing line to her attention she didn't jump in to help [she was not busy herself, she just kept strolling the lobby, sorry Mercedes, sad but true, lastly, we waited 1 entire business day from Monday eve til Wednesday morning for her to call us back and she did not). Yes, we expect a little professionalism from the bank where we put our money....glad we found this other location (99 Grand Pkwy = great; Old Katy = past management, not so much, although i think Old Katy is improving). Nick, manager at 99-Grand Parkway, is very professional, courteous, attentive and a talented manager. Btw, we don't need VIP service....just common sense, a little courtesy, willingness to jump in a teller window even if you're a manager if you are able. In short, thank you Mr. Nick, we will continue to bank with Wells Fargo.

This location is managed horribly. Needs to close if they can't provide more than one teller. Been a Wells Fargo customer for years!

Before covid, I worked at Wells for 9 years. 7 of which I spent as a service manager. I've been through the drive up twice and both times the service was extremely slow. Last week I was the only person in the drive up. It took close to 10 minutes to make a cashiers check. There was no added value, no rapport built, it was pretty disappointing.
