I have to give it to Wells Fargo as far as catching fraudulent activity- they are great as for doing so......BUT!.....with today's technology, can't this bank provide BETTER options as to when and if your debit/credit card(s) get(s) hacked, they will be able to send you another card(s) out ASAP?!.....like expedite the process instead of having to wait a staggering FIVE TO SEVEN BUSINESS DAYS?! RIDICULOUS! This day in time, people depend on their bank cards very heavily. people should NOT have to wait THAT long to get a debit/credit card.

I had an excellent experience. I need to open a bank account and i've been looking for a reliable, friendly bank that doesn't feel "fly by night" like a cubicle with a cash register.. this place was very nice and professional I feel I can trust this institution. Plus I have no problems with any of their services. I truly enjoy banking here.

Mr Travis Omini provided an excellent service, he was helpful, patient to explain and answer all my questions to open a new bank account. He even stayed extra minutes after the bank was closing to help us finish completing all the paperwork. I highly recommend his service.

I came in to open a joint account with my husband, and Lateshia Higgins was fantastic in assisting us through the process. She made it all seem so effortless and smooth. Our 9 am appointment was right on time, and the whole process took about 40 minutes.

If I can give zero star to wells Fargo bank in general I will, I can't even express how bad this bank is, first they got a check I deposited in to my account that was available the next following day turn out two days later my account was overdraft because they decided to retained those funds with out telling me in advance letting me with $0 dollar for about a week, I called them and begged them asking if they please can release my money because I was facing a very bad financial situation and they keep telling me sorry is nothing we can do about it you have to wait I even had to paid returned payment fee from my automatic payments just because of what they did to me and now I'm dealing with them about those $300 bonus they offer when you open a checking account my 90 days already past but they telling me now I still have to wait defiantly this bank is the worse bank I has been dealing with if anyone are considering to open an account please choose a different bank they're not good at all.

During my recent visit to the bank, I had an unfortunate encounter with a bank manager whom I found to be extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Despite having made an appointment and the banker's willingness to assist me, the manager interfered and hindered him from fulfilling his duties. This experience has left me feeling deeply disappointed, undervalued, and disrespected.

This location is the worst Wells Fargo location I have ever seen. Employees in this location are very rude and unprofessional. They acted asthey did not know what they were doing. It certainly brings down the reputation of Wells Fargo.They need to close this location .
