I’ve been visiting this branch for as long as I can remember but solely through the drive-through. The tellers have always been nice but in the last year or so they’ve become increasingly slow.
Whether they have additional guidelines, they are having to follow, I don’t know… But I just sat in line for 12 minutes and neither of the cars in front of me and the next line moved. it appeared to be two tellers so I’m not sure why it was taking them that long to help each customer. I’m gonna have to find a place to put my money. This is not efficient at all.

Good customer service, but even if the line is to the vault the manager will not help. Efficiency is not of concern here for sure.

They really need customer service training and reeducation on the business of banking. A customer wants to open a CD and you don’t have the time even when they have a confirmation? How stupid are you?

Awful service, huge wait times. On a regular day they will have one teller and 15 people in line. Rude staff. Short tempered and not communicative.

If someone wants to understand what a BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE means, just stop by this branch and ask you be assisted by Ashley. I’ve been a customer since 2015, and this is the first time I’ve had such a bad experience.I went to see the branch manager and he wasn’t in his office. Asked to be helped by a banker and no one was available.I basically had to call Wells Fargo, to ask them what the name of the form I needed was, so I can tell Ashley what I need it. The rep on the phone was extremely helpful and mentioned that in those cases is the banker the one that needs to call and figured out what form will provide the information I need, not the other way around.Once, I told ASHLEY, what form I needed, she then make me go back in line (still can’t believe it), and after three customers, she ended up assisting me. No, apologies, no: have a good day, no: is there anything else I can assist you with? TERRIBLE…worse customer service ever.Ohh by the way, the guy right next to her, didn’t even came to help, even though he wasn’t helping other customers.Definitely not coming back to this branch and obviously I’ll reconsider whether I should stay a customer or go somewhere else.

I have been a customer of this bank (and 2 other local banks) for over 16 years. I have never had overly long waits inside or at the drive thru. The tellers have always been very courteous and accommodating. There is always a small crowd of 3 to 5 customers inside but to be expected in small town bank like this. This is not a huge bank and services the local community. Some folks posting here strike me as very impatient Karens, lol.

Saturday morning, two tellers, thats it. Stood in line 20 minutes to get some dollar bills. Worst Wells Branch I’ve ever been to. It’s unfortunately to only one in the area.

Very bad service, there’s never anyone working here for some strange reason and the atm out front is always off. 10 out of 10 don’t recommend coming here. Not once has it ever taken me 20 min to deposit a check until coming here. Do better thanks

We entered the bank at 10am on a Wednesday. My family member was closing her single account due to the monthly charges being too much, additionally my mother has other accounts still open with wells Fargo(she is still a customer) . But wanted to close her single account due to fees. There was two other patrons in the bank, one waiting and another being helped. There was no line. We informed Claudia of the intention to close the account. She replied “I can help you empty the account, and you can call customer service to close it .” I asked is there not someone here to assist in closing the account. Claudia repeated her sentence as if it was a transparent and comprehensive response to my question. So I asked again if there was not someone available HERE to help with closing her account. Claudia then replied that she can close it by calling customer service since they have one person today who is with someone currently and it may be a wait. I let Claudia know we will wait. By the time we finished emptying the account. We were helped and left in ten minutes time. I’m sure she is a nice person in general. But the customer service needs mentoring. I can’t and I don’t recommend anyone at any job to walk into work doing as little as possible, that’s called a cog in the system. Maybe it’s the personnel , maybe it’s the company.*it seemed because she was closing an account she was discarded / brushed off*if she was trying to be considerate of a persons time she could have suggested customer service as a option and not presented it as the only next step.* I don’t recommend WellsFargo in general due to their practices but if it’s this teams practice to limit how much of service they are to their patrons , I urge you to find a different bank.(We purposely showed up to the bank to have everything completed in that moment)
