Awful service, huge wait times. On a regular day they will have one teller and 15 people in line. Rude staff. Short tempered and not communicative.

If someone wants to understand what a BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE means, just stop by this branch and ask you be assisted by Ashley. I've been a customer since 2015, and this is the first time I've had such a bad experience. I went to see the branch manager and he wasn't in his office. Asked to be helped by a banker and no one was available. I basically had to call Wells Fargo, to ask them what the name of the form I needed was, so I can tell Ashley what I need it. The rep on the phone was extremely helpful and mentioned that in those cases is the banker the one that needs to call and figured out what form will provide the information I need, not the other way around. Once, I told ASHLEY, what form I needed, she then make me go back in line (still can't believe it), and after three customers, she ended up assisting me. No, apologies, no: have a good day, no: is there anything else I can assist you with? TERRIBLE...worse customer service ever. Ohh by the way, the guy right next to her, didn't even came to help, even though he wasn't helping other customers. Definitely not coming back to this branch and obviously I'll reconsider whether I should stay a customer or go somewhere else.

Horrible service location. Keep theirs customers waiting in the lobby while they having greeting with the previous employee who came to visit and brought some gifts for them. The manager not put Wells Fargo customers service first she care about herself more than her customers. Please don't come in for this location you won't get help with anything. Your time worth more than come here.

This location has deteriorated rapidly over the last 12 months. The bank hours say 9 AM however it's usually a few minutes after before they start working. I was the second person inside today and they were out of $100 bills supposedly. I got a large withdrawal all in 50s. They didn't have the right dates on their counter display. Don't blame it on Covid because it was bad before. At a financial institution you should be ready to perform the essential job duties at the time displayed. You should have the ability to perform any financial transaction. Their overall review is a three out of five star but they deserve the 1 star I gave them. There is other Wells Fargo locations in Katy that I would recommend over this one.

ThisbWells Fargo is close and convenient to get to, but don't go in 30 minutes before closing and ask to open an account, or the manager will likely turn you away as he did me. After WF has admitted to wrongfully opening accounts, one would think a voluntary is welcomed. If a negative were possible, I would use it.

Had used Wells Fargo years ago for personal banking without incident. I decided to use this location for convenience. I have had an account for two months at this location. In that time my account has been hacked twice. I have found deposits are placed on hold with no reasonable explanation given. Today at this location I have been told I could have access to none of my deposit, then half of my deposit, then all of my deposit, then back to none, all within a matter of three hours. Drive through staff does not appear to be properly trained in bank policy nor in exceptions to that policy. After all the issues I've had I Googled "Wells Fargo problems". I discovered among other things, Wells Fargo admitted to violating federal and consumer fraud laws. Wells Fargo was also found guilty of creating fake accounts. Wells Fargo appears to have unreliable business practices all the way from their corporate executives to their local branch tellers.

I inform I wanted the number to corporate they said no you wanted a manager. I know what I asked for. They told me to look on the back of my card for that number. I informed them I would but you have kept my card and ID from me the Las 45 min. All over 50 dollars wells is my bank since 1996 Shame on this location

I have banked here for years. I have never had a problem with the customer service or really long waits. If for some reason I do have to wait longer than expected the tellers are very apologetic and kind. They thank you for waiting and will help you in whatever way they can.

I have been a customer of Wells Fargo since I had my first bank account at this location in Old Town Katy. I recently had my first very bad experience with a lead head manager called Claudia. She was extremely rude saying she was doing me a favor in a sarcastic tone so I looked at her with the same tone saying thank you. Well this Claudia lady was by far the worst customer service person I have ever encountered in 15 years in Katy. I was to the point in pulling every penny out of my accounts when I told her this she did not even blink or say sorry or anything. Seriously Wells Fargo especially in "Proper Katy" I expected more. The teller who eventually helped me out Keesha agreed she, meaning Claudia, needs to work on your people skills or find a new profession. EXTREMELY IRRITATED AND ANNOYED SERIOUSLY CONSIDERING PULLING MY MONEY AND GOING TO ANOTHER BANK THAT HAS BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT CAN NOT LET ONE UGLY BAD APPLY RUIN IF FOR THE REST RIGHT?????

I have been banking with them ever since they bought out Wachovia. The only thing I miss is getting reimbursed at the end of the month for using other ATM's but I guess Wells Fargo has enough ATM's available that I shouldn't have to use any others. I have a great relationship with this bank and I'll probably be with them for a loooooong time.
