I placed a small curbside order on Friday 7/26 - two lip products. They are to hold orders for 72 hours, which they did do. I arrived not too long ago today (7/28) and parked in a curbside spot and checked in. The email said to call the store if I had been waiting longer than five minutes. I waited six, then called. The employee, Cameron, told me he’d be out shortly. I waited two or three more minutes, and he did not come out, so I went in. He handed me my order promptly.
I had selected no substitutions and one of the products was wrong, which I realized when I got to my car. I had to go back inside. The other employee, a short brunette woman with clear glasses, initially ignored me. I asked her if I could just exchange the colors and she said no, then went back to ignoring me and assisting someone else. She was incredibly rude when I asked how long I’d have to wait, because I’d been there almost 20 minutes at that point. No promises to help me shortly or directions to another employee or anything.
Cameron ended up helping me return the incorrect item after discovering the item I wanted was out of stock. He was nice and helpful. The other employee was rude - no customer service personality whatsoever. I understand rushes happen, but what’s the point in even having curbside if you’re going to have to go in anyway? Especially if prompt service is advertised. I won’t shop at this Walgreens again.

5 STAR TO CAMRON & ALEXA!!
First and foremost, I want to extend my TREMENDOUSLY GRATITUDE to Alexa & Camron!
I come from a background of luxury hospitality and funeral hospitality and the work they both have done is TRULY ATTENTION TO DETAIL.
I came in to get some projects done for my beloved friend who is a few hours away for a camp where they are not allowed cellphones nor any kind of technology.
My friend asked me to print him pictures of him and his nieces, nephews and his family.
I decided to create custom collages for my friend to surprise him.
Alexa and Camron took the time for every request I had and they were immensely gracious every time I asked if they can sliced the extra pieces of the picture so they could fit my frames.
They NEVER once complain especially when they were assisting many other customers.
I whole-heartedly believe they have bright futures ahead of them with the level of customer service they both tremendously possess.
PLEASE OFFER THEM A RAISE! They deserve it.

This place is horrible I made an online order to get up and throws they did things to me the person with a very ugly attitude if they don't want to work that they leave the place for someone who wants to work.

I came here to do a delivery order at night and I was kicked out 2 minutes before closing without being able to finish the order; they were also rushing me out the door since i got there. The employees were extremely rude and lazy, saying I was wasting their time and that they didn't accept delivery orders at that time. I'm surprised that such confrontational women are allowed anywhere near customers, you can't just kick people out because you want to shut down the door exactly the minute closing time arrives. I would fire that disrespectful old white lady if I were the manager

If I could give no star, I would. I went to pick up a couple medications. Some weren't ready and I was told by the lady up front to wait for 30 mn. While I was waiting, I received a message saying they were ready, so I got up and went to the counter to ask if it was ready. Another lady came very rude with a stinky attitude to tell me that I have to go back on the line to get it While I've been sitting and waiting for a while. If she did tell me at first to go back on the line while waiting, I wouldn't have to wait for another 20 mn to get the medications. Customer service is very bad and very slow service. Not recommended.

Friendly employees, pharmacists helpful. Convenient for vaccinations. Our main need for a pharmacy is prescription fulfillment, for this Walgreens is very disappointing. Service is slow, taking more time than projected to fulfill order. Long wait in line both inside and at pickup window.
Because of this poor service we have switched to online pharmacy.
When online ordering was not practical for an important medication I orders delivery, which never arrived.

If I could give them zero stars, I would! Gave me the wrong medication after calling and confirming the medication needed and was told I could pick it up in 30 minutes. Waited nearly 30 minutes in the drive thru, only to get the wrong medication. Awful!

Wish I could give no star to this place! I went to drop off a FedEx package and and no one was in line, I was the first one. After waiting for a while to be attended, one of the employees a young Muslim girl saw me from far away (note I’m referring to her like this not to be disrespectful but she didn’t even have a name tag on her). Once she finally reaches to the FedEx station there was a white couple who got there after me. She attended them without even asking who got there first although she knew I was standing there for a while since she saw me from far away. The couple apologize to me but she didn’t even say a word. She treated me with a very arrogant attitude. No customer service skills at all. If I were a manager I would send her back to school to learn some manners and learn how to treat customers. She has a job because of people like me.

tuve que esperar 1 hora cuando no hay gente para que que me puedan vender una foto la niña quien está encargada Alexa ni atención ni educación tiene para saludar y ayudar a sus clientes y la señora Rhonda P. igual con su mala actitud ni para ayudar sirven la verdad nose por qué tienen este tipo de personas trabajando ahí si no quieren estar pésimo servicio la verdad no volveré a este lugar.

We drove 45 minutes to this Walgreens (after our regular location called to transfer the prescription). This person and the pharmacist were extremely rude to us. I had just received a scary diagnosis and was in excruciating pain. They acted like it was no big deal and said it would be ready the next day. My husband said she needs this medicine today and it's a long drive. The person in blue kept yelling I can't hear you to everything my husband said. WHY DON'T YOU FIX YOUR INTERCOM SYSTEM??? We have choices and will no longer go to Walgreens. The attitude was completely unnecessary. If these people don't like working with the public, maybe they should go find another job!!!
