This is by far the worst Walgreens pharmacy. My wife had a confirmed message stating the prescription was ready and the staff is dumbfounded. Not even with the courtesy to offer to fulfill the order.
This trend has been going on for some time.
Fortunately, I have moved to another pharmacy; but this is the final straw for any family and friends to engage with the poorly managed facility.

The Indian lady at the counter is horrible. She is rude and lazy. I refuse to give that Walgreens any of my hard earned money until that stain on the planet is gone!

I had an awful experience at Walgreens photo printing. The staff were incredibly rude, unhelpful, and showed no interest in assisting me. Their lack of customer service skills made the whole experience unpleasant. I won't be returning.

I had a terrible experience with Walgreens photo printing due to their abysmal customer service. The staff was unhelpful, rude, and showed no interest in assisting customers. I will never return to Walgreens for photo printing services or any other service.

Utilized this facility for my quick photo print out! The process went smoothly and I was able to print out some pictures and I’m happy.I needed a few helps from assistant and they were helpful. Will be back to use it again.Cheers ?

I had such a horrible experience today. The manager, Nicole, was extremely rude. It's not my fault that she is working on a Saturday. Everyone at the store had a nasty attitude and was not ready to help the customers. The cashier was on his phone with earpods, not even at his place, and I had to tap on the counter to get his attention. I have been a customer for years the service had gone worst I will file a complaint about this store.2010 S Fry Rd, Katy, TX 77450I had to give them one star to post my comments. They deserve a zero for the service today.

A year and a half ago i was told that I have stage 4 liver and colon cancer the staff at this particular store have embraced me and have been so supportive especially in understanding the meds that have been prescribed. Thank you ?

The BEST pharmacy ever!! They know you by name, know your meds, and always greet you when you walk up to counter! They are busy location, but do their best to get customers prescription filled quickly!

We went to fill prescription for our on and Sarahi was very passive aggressive with an attitude for no reason, even had the nerve to tell us we did not need the medicine because we did not have pieces for Nebulizer, slap the medicine down on the counter, just disgusting human being!!!! Management of pharmacy and Walgreens were informed and a complain was verbally given and corporate will definitely be called. I can’t believe that happened!

The pharm tech I just spoke with on 8/8 at 11am was so rude and did not listen to my concerns even when I said “this has not happened before I don’t think you’re listening to what I’m saying.” Proceeded to rush me off the phone without addressing my concern

What a horrible experience!! The Walgreens app said my medication was ready so I went to pick it up. I was informed it was not ready and basically treated like a liar - even after I showed the app. Zizi the drive through clerk was a treat. I asked for the pharmacist there times and was not responded to. So, I called the pharmacist from the car. Let me tell you - she had me on speakerphone. I didn’t know this until later. So, when I gave her my date of birth etc it was OUT LOUD. there is zero respect for privacy. EVERYONE can hear anything you think you are sharing in confidence with your “trusted” pharmacist. Alma Perez is hardly a trusted anyone to me. Zizi, the clerk, heard me refer to her as “the little girl at the window” and came to the window to YELL at me for saying that. That was when I figured out my conversation was on SPEAKERPHONE. What a CLASSLESS employee. Very representative of a trashy business. I’m sure there will be no punishment to her for this poor behavior. So Alma finally makes it to the window. She apologized for not coming to the window earlier and told me it was because she was busy working. Isn’t answering questions in the drive though part of her job? I’m confused. From my visit I 100% believe she does not care about my medicine, my privacy, my fears, or me. Walgreens what are you doing employing such hateful people?? Shame on you Alma. Shame on you Zizi. I wish I could give fewer stars.
Sophia, the girl who answers the phone and puts you on hold repeatedly just to give you the same answer is a real charmer too. There is so much incompetence it is stunning. She cannot explain why a promised quantity of my diabetes medication was not suspended. She gives long ummmms and uhhhhs and even though the pharmacist is THERE - there’s never an answer. Lord what is happening inside that pharmacy? Is anyone driving the bus? I doubt it.

Horrible service and management ,Mr. manager the protocol in the USA is to help one customer at a time and this is what you get paid to do ,this place used to be ok but now it’s certainly one of the most terrible Walgreens in Katy
