This is one of the worst and slowest pharmacies in Katy. I got my medication sent to the wrong branch and it got sent to this one. It’s a pain to switch pharmacies. They are unprofessional here and love to take their time to refill any medication.

Something has changed. This was my go to pharmacy for about a year. Now it matches all the reviews. They don't answer the phone, they kept placing me on hold until the phone disconnected. I literally called from work to the location and that was 20 plus minutes. This last time, I was in an accident and my husband went to get my medicine. First, they said they never received it. Then they said it would be ready in an hour. He had to go to work so he sent my daughter. My daughter got their and they told her another hour, she explained that I was in pain since yesterday, but their pharmacy was closed. She was told that "her mother was not the only patient they have". So she went to park the car and go inside. They still gave her a nasty attitude and she still had to wait 30 minutes. I went to pick up my son's prescription because the app said it was ready. When I got there they said sorry it will be here in two days. We have to ship it from Dallas!! smh I had it sent to the Walgreens by my job and it was ready same day. This is three different instances. Suck major!

Compounding errors without showing apology. Rude attitude!
My daughter had a prescription for 3 liquid bottles. She finished the first bottle and I found out the second and third bottles had compounding errors. One had powder only no liquid and the other had too much liquid (not sure if any powder). We went back to get new corrected bottles.
To our surprise, the pharmacy manager had a very cold attitude, showing no signs of sincere apology, and made me feel that I did something wrong and bothered her. When I questioned about the Walgreens procedure in this situation to prevent future mistakes, she said “I will report it but it is internal and you don’t get any feedback.”
When I mentioned I am not sure if the first bottle my daughter has finished contains the right portion, she snapped back in a cold tone: “It is empty. I don’t know. She has any side effect? injured?”Okay! We know she wants us to leave.
Before we left, she seemed already forgot about the compounding error and started a loud conversation with someone (probably a colleague). The conversation was about a cockroach found inside the pharmacy.
Save your time and find another pharmacy instead. I can accept people make mistakes, but it is totally unprofessional for a pharmacist giving an attitude to a wronged customer.

Sainted on line for 20 min. Finally hung up Staff was very rude before ever connecting me. Also very concerned because a received a notice for a second shingrix shot when I’m certain I’ve already had two. This sounds like it could be very dangerous.

Took 24 hours for Rx to be ready called at 7:10 and was told it would be 8:00. When I asked if I could come get it right away they said they would put it as a “waiter”. They told me they were a “little busy”. Well so am I and more than 24 hours for a Rx to be ready is ridiculous. When I walked in, there was no one in line and she told me it would be 5 minutes. Guess they weren’t a little busy. I think I’m looking for a new pharmacy.

The worst pharmacy and pharmacist!! (Let’s not talk about their attitude)
Went there right before they closed after i left the urgent care with my daughter and they said they would call me the next day. 4 DAYS later and nothing!
I went ahead and got my stuff from HEB pharmacy you will never go wrong with them.

The cashier was extremely slow. I saw people with one item ready to checkout. The cashier seemed more concerned about his phone and music.

I came here to drop off a package for FedEx and it took less than a minute to process it! I love it! Also they have some items really for day to day stuffs like snacks and drinks as well as personal cares!

They do not like taking phone calls. They do not answer or they put you on hold until disconnected. Phone calls still core element of running a business

The management at Walgreens should assess this particular location. Very Often, the pharmacy staff indicates that the medicine will be available the next day even if they receive the prescription 2 days back, but upon requesting it for the current day, they retrieve the medication.Many times they say to come on next day.I am going to change my pharmacy.

Honestly the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. They have not been able to fill my brand name script for 4 months and every time I get a call to say it has been filled, when I get there (a) it is not filled (b) they fill the generic and not the brand name (not covered by my insurance as I have told them for the past 4 months) or (c) they tell me the have to order it even though they told me it was ready and one of the above things happens again. The staff is extremely rude and unhelpful.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!If I could give 0 stars, I would. Completely incompetent employees working in the pharmacy. Came to get 3 RX filled, had to argue to get the 3rd because they " didn't have it" then all of a sudden they found it but it would be at least a day to fill it, after some arguing with an extreme language barrier they were able to magically fill it in 10 minutes! I can totally see why this place has such awful reviews. Will NEVER refill RX here again!

10 to 12 minutes to explain what my name is for a prescription because the person could not understand or speak English why is she at the window?
