There is a lot of employee turn over. Today had a cashier, Blake, who was wandering the aisles while I waited at the cash register, rudely told me I was at the wrong register, then just said "ID" twice. No hi, no thank you, no please, no manners, no attempt at anything other than getting back to stocking shelves. Just very short and terse. It's a shame the new staff seems to have zero customer service training.

Walgreens..WTH is up with your pharmacy depts..we left the Walgreens at Kempwood and Gessner for utter incompetence...hard to imagine worse service until today... this Walgreens pharmacy is an utter joke.. Abad doesn't deserve a job...it's obvious management could care less...utterly shameful

Extremely rude disrespectful pharmacist and staff. Only one good pharmacy guy. The other are completely inhumane disgusting. They hang up the phone on you. They don't answer phone calls and they treat you like a drug addiction. I have a tumor and crippled and they treated me like an animal. This pharmacy is not good exception one guy pharmacist is good.

I had the worse experience at this store. A manager on duty, Walter H refuse to take my $50 bill. Without testing for counterfeit, he was determine that the bill was fake. I said that's fine I'll pay with a credit card because at the time it was the only cash bill I had. Embarrass as it is, I decided to let it go until he had to embarrass me again in front of other customers in line by saying "I suggest you don't try to use that bill again and get rid of it" so I ask him nicely to use his counterfeit device to test it because I was curious myself. He said no and tell me to use my own counter marker and test it. I own a business myself and sure I do have a counterfeit marker at home. Within 10mins I came back with the marker and few $100 bills and ask to speak to him in private because I didn't want to embarrass him and cause a scene. I test all the bills and ofc they were all legit. I expected an apology but instead more insult. Not only he didn't apologize, he said he is train to spot fake bills by looking at it (obviously not well trained and unfit to be the store manager). He said if I have a problem then call customer service. Told him I would call corporate to file a complaint. This store need to evaluate thier manager because it is very unprofessional.

Really bad experience… They have the most incompetent and yet condescending staff outta of all Walgreens in the area. No visit this place. Stay away from these staff if you want to have a good day.

To the Manager(believe his last name is Hurts) and the cashier that worked at closing tike on Friday August 12...thank yiu from the bottom of my heart! I arrived at exactly closing time to get medication for my boy who is dealing with an ear infection and they were kind to let me go in after closing time to get the medication. I truly appreciate the help and support. Thank You!

We have been coming to this Walgreens for over 4 yrs now and drive further to it because of the great pharmacists they have!! Sure, can they have some off days on occasion, yes! But there far more good days to offset.People complain about the staff, but I see what they have to deal with when waiting for my prescription… people without driver’s license, just trust me, it’s really me… to why did their insurance only pay for a certain amount (customer’s job to call your own insurance and ask!!)… to many unprepared customers slowing down the line for regulars like my wife & me. They have rules in place for protection for customers, yet customers seem to be the cause of delays most of the time.Yes, I’m a genuine customer and not an employee… give them a break as they all are human like all of us!!

Avoid this place at all cost. Very rude pharmacy staff. They told my wife her prescription would ready at 2:30pm on a Friday. I attempted to pick it up in the drive through at 3:30pm and was told it would not be ready until Monday. I went inside and confronted them because it isn't a medication my wife can go without. It was a miracle-----They said they would have it ready in 10 mins. The lady at the counter who could barely speak English never could explain how we went from 2:30pm on Friday to Monday to 10 minutes. If she did I couldn't understand her because she can't speak English. Of course now days we are dealing with millennials so that pretty much explains a lot.

I picked up my subscription, and they gave me someone else's. They checked my name and address and all but still gave me someone else's medicine? This is a very serious mistake.They have a bunch of students working in the shop and these kids have no professional knowledge.I came back today to pick up another medicine. Yes, I wanted to give them another chance. They overcharged me this time. They reran my insurance and it came back with zero due. I am now swtching. Do not come here.

This lazy pharmacists did even check my insurance for medicine payment. I asked them to check and they said they already did.Liars. I ended up pay for the medicine. I call my insurance and they said the pharmacy didn't even try. No claim records of them checking for this medicines. I gave cvs another chance and they are still not competition for Walgreens. Now, I have to take rime of my day and drive all the way there for a refund.

I was creating a holiday card and needed help. The manager was so patient and nice! I really appreciated the time and effort. It's so rare to find someone knowledgeable - great customer service!
