Avoid this location. Always long lines, pharmacy responses and policies change by the hour or and the tech you speak with. Today medication held hostage by their faulty computer system…or at least that’s today’s excuse. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Horrible woman who works at the Pharmacy has a nasty attitude and hung up on me when I tried calling back she continually put me on back to back holds and never answered or spoke to me for 25 minutes. We were able to drive all the way there before she came face to face with us. She wasn’t willing to transfer an RX from a closed Walgreens location to their location for my son who had an inner ear infection.

“Great customer service from the pharmacist” I have ask about closing hours earlier when they call me and they just hung up the phone, as soon as I was able to get to the store at 10:03 the pharmacist which name I didn’t even got to know (dark skin color lady with short hair) she told me it was closed on a very rude way. I am not those type of customer who just leave a bad review, but this is really unacceptable from them I had been waiting on my medicine which I need to make me feel better, and they just do this to me. I am aware that I was late, but that’s not even the issue, at least say it in a good way can’t be happening if you really don’t like your job then quit and find some other profession.

We are always there to pick our kid medicines.. and groceries... The cashier's young lady was very nice and professional....my wife love coming in here bc she is very nice..

Poor customer service and lack of sympathy! We needed to purchase passport photos for our 1 month old and Maria told me she was too busy and it was too late to take passport photos. I didn't know that passport pictures needed appointments or a specific time. We left and went to another Walgreens and got our passport pictures within minutes!

My dad and I went to this store to load money on a card. My dad goes in the store at least once a day and loves everyone up there as they are always very friendly courteous and helpful but Zachary was nothing but unprofessional, rude, and extremely racist. He told my dad to shut up because he wanted everybody out of the store and was rude to me so my dad said excuse me and that's when he said shut up or I won't load the money. It was the worst experience he's ever had at any Walgreens and he's very jovial with everyone up there on a daily basis. I had to do a 4star rating tonight because of Zachery, if it wasn't for him you would have gotten a 5 star review from me. He's not someone that needs to work for the general public.

The service is terrible. I bought a picture frame and it came damaged. I went to exchange it for another one. They told me no, it was broken, which was fake. It came broken. They are abusers trying to make me look like a liar or thief.

To be honest this place is the worst, I went there this morning. The lady in the morning at the first register cashier (she speak Spanish) was really rude, she was with a really bad attitude, she was just looking the way to argue with me for not reason when I was just trying to pay for the service at western union. She didn’t help me like is supposed to, she is the perfect example the unhappy and frustrated person working in customer service. Please HR Walgreens if you’re going to put someone in the front of the cashier machine make sure at the hiring process that person for perform the rol has the quality and the ability of deal with customer service. Thank you

Being that this is a 24 hour store and the location is by far one of the most convenient and easy to access locations, I am very grateful for this store being here!

Complete lack of respect for people. I’m literally returning a phone call from the pharmacy. Told to hold on and wait for pharmacist. I waited. She picks up the phone and rudely asks what I want, I begin to talk and she cuts me off. Then doesn’t even say anything and passes the phone to a tech who says “she’s not comfortable filling your prescription”. Which is fine, but apparently nobody raised anyone in that pharmacy on 1/27/2024 with manners or taught them how to respect other people. Especially when I wasn’t rude to them. Sorry you people can’t be bothered to be asked questions. My day started well before all of theirs, on top of being at work already for the last 96 hours, so being busy or tired isn’t an excuse to treat people the way they did.

This Walgreens is the worst pharmacy! My dr. Called my prescription 3 times (in fact they called in front of me bc I didn’t want to hear from the pharmacist saying that it was never called) well I went waited 20 minutes to be told nothing was called that they didn’t have my prescription. When my dr office called they spoke to a girl , how after calling 3 times and speaking to a live person my prescription was never called ??? It’s been since Tuesday and it’s now Saturday and still nothing ? The manager at this store needs to do a better job at hiring people that actually wants to work , last time I was there there were 3 girls in the front (pharmacist ) talking about how she was the only one that worked there and how tired she was of working with lazy people and tired of how rude the staff in there was with patients and that she wanted to move to another Walgreens and I get it now, bc they are obviously not doing their job no wonder why they have 2 star reviews bc they suck! All the reviews are just awful and is bc the Walgreens is horrible they should closed downI get it I’m not the only patient that they have to take care of but how many times can a dr office called in order for patients to get their prescriptions? The passport section are also lazy I went to get passport pictures and no one wanted to help the Hispanic lady ( she might be the manager I dk ) she was being rude to this Indian lady that works there and the Hispanic lady saw me standing in there waiting for Someone to help and she didn’t do anything to help( the Indian lady seemed very nice butAlso overwhelmed by the Hispanic manager bcShe was pretty much screaming at her cuz she had messed up in some pictures ) these people that are called managers and employees have 0 customer service skills! Never coming back to this place or sending patients to this pharmacy
