They never answer the phone. Prescriptions never ready when they say they are. Pharmacist is the rudest person I've ever met. Save your time and sanity and just transfer your scripts to CVS

Waited 45 min in the drive thru for a prescription they personally called me to tell me it was as ready to be picked up last Thursday (it's Monday). I told him I was working and I would not be able to pick it up until Monday... ...while finally at the window, I was just told I'm too late to pick it up, it's already been put away... and I'll have to come back tomorrow...evening...wow! It's sad to think that I was actually impressed with the fact that a "human being" actually called me about my prescription. I even said to my assistant, isn't that nice! (I was told via txt it was ready the day before)... at the window after 45 min in my car...I proceeded to tell the young lady at the window my experience with the Thursday phone call and she said: "well I see you got a text on Wednesday that it was the last reminder", in a condescending tone. No apology for my waiting in line for 45 min. No explanation other than it's my own fault, even after I told the young man I was going to pick it up on Monday...ugh! Customer Service is not prevalent anymore..."AI" is more polite than most people at Walgreens! Changing my pharmacy asap.

Thomas at the pharmacy was extremely rude. Threw a fit, knocking bottles off the shelves because he was angry he had to do his job. Ally was nice. Couldn’t get one of my prescriptions because they were trying to double the price when I had a clear as day coupon stating the price.

My son’s doctor’s office sent a prescription to this Walgreens around noon today. At 3pm, my wife went to pick up the prescription as we had zero communication about the status. We were told they don’t take our insurance and they don’t have it in stock anyway. They agreed to send it to the CVS on FM 1463. I called both CVS and Walgreens at 4pm, and there has been zero communication between the two of them to send the prescription.I was told by Walgreens that their policy is that the CVS now has to call this Walgreens to request a prescription transfer. Thanks Walgreens. This could have been told to us when you received our prescription back at 12. Or just call the CVS - policies be damned. Do what’s right.

Absolutely Horrible!! This location allowed me to book vaccinations on their website that they (do not) have in stock! Totally ridiculous and unacceptable. Walgreens is the worst. Don’t waste your time with their pharmacy Department..

If I could give negative stars I would. They are currently in “Modified Hours” but nothing update with me times. Sign in drive through old hrs, the hours on this map…old hrs. Got a text letting me know script ready…no mention of modified hrs. Horrible costumer service. Use HEB, Kroger, Express Scripts…anywhere but here. Shame on them.

If you are in a hurry this is not the place to go for a vaccine. It took over 2 hours for a flu shot and a few weeks later a covid vaccine. This is with an appointment. They are consistently very very slow. 0 stars.

They are good. They are pretty busy, but they have a really good work flow design that keeps them moving. I don't know how they do it all with Covid shots and records added to it.

I opted to come to this location because it was close to home. I wish I hadn't. The people in the pharmacy just stare at you as you wait there. I waited an hour after my scheduled time for my vaccine. I would not recommend this location. Service is below any expectations.

Drive through pharmacy said as I handed my scripts were short handed as usual it will be a while. When I asked how long he said 1 hr. I returned 5 hrs later and was told they're not ready can you come back later? NO, just NO! There's pain meds and 2 antibiotics. I get they're busy but personally I don't care how short staffed you are I'm a nurse. There's a way to say it without putting ppl off and sounding like I'm bothering you. I haven't used Walgreens in 10 years. Back to Kroger I go!!

I’ve been sitting at the window drive through for 30 minutes. The same car has been at the window the whole time! Every time I have a wait time, they tell me to circle the building so that everyone else can get their items!! They are closing in 20 min and 2 people in front of me and one behind me have already gotten out of line to leave! MAKE THE CAR MOVE AND COME BACK!!!!!! Also, I’ve been on hold for 20 minutes now as I’m sitting here. CRAZY! The pharmacists are very nice and helpful but the lack of structure is ridiculous and makes me want to not ever use this place again!
