This is absolutely worst and slowest service of any Walgreens!! People are coming just to pick up their prefilled medication's and it takes 15 to 20 minutes per person in line when there's nobody else in the store. It is absolutely pathetic. I'm transferring to a much better service Walgreens a couple miles south of this location.

Worst walgreens pharmacy I've been to. A hospital recommended here because they were open late hrs. We come drop off the prescription maybe 30-40min to closing and they said it wouldn't be ready to the next day. I wasnt in town but came a few days later and the RX was not filled and misplaced. They found it after 15min and said they would fill it. Picking up I'm waiting forever and they forgot to put a syringe in the bag. So we push the button to just ask for a syringe and they say just a minute and help someone else.

I called in to check if they something in stock. This was the third branch i called. Ms Bonnie picked up right away and was very kind. I didn’t feel rushed at all. Without me asking, she checked other branches of they have the medicine in stock. I asked the first branch and she said she wouldn’t know. But Ms. Bonnie provided that info without prompting, saved me calls and time. Also I took my mom here a couple months ago for a RSV shot cos she’s a senior and the doctor’s office didn’t have it. The pharmacist gave additional information and reassurance, which we really appreciated. My mom is afraid of needles so that was helpful.

Absolutely horrible customer service in the pharmacy as always. I stopped using this Walgreens for my pharmacy needs a couple of years ago for the same reason. I decided to try again and it went from bad to worse. Call and wait on hold to be hung up on after 10 to 15 minutes when they answer and just "please hold" then click the call disconnects. I complained to the Pharmacy manager and he basically called me a liar. He is the incompetent liar! Get it together people!

Absolutely horrible customer service in the pharmacy . We came to take a passport pictures and worker who’s name Nicole was throwing her stuff on the floor angry way to demonstrate to me I don’t know how tired or just angry she is of me coming and telling her I’m here to take a pictures . Terrible service!!!!

Pharmacy Tech (Sonya) was very unprofessional . Will launch a official complaint to her Manager. Not sure how a they are able to get away with being impolite and unprofessional.

This has to be the worst Walgreens in the history of Walgreens. I understand being busy but half the time that don't even be the excuse. The staff is just lazy. No one picks up the phone. It says there's one calling ahead of you yet every time the phone rings someone answers it to put you back on hold. I'm always charged incorrectly. If you do go they ask you come back back in 40 mins which they could have did on the phone if they answered! I've called twice tonight and be waiting for over and hour to get through and speak with someone. Not to mention if you use the drive through line you can be sitting there for forever and they don't acknowledge you or let you know they'll be right with you.

No sense of urgency. Techs stand around talking with each other while there's multiple people in line. Customer service is non-existent at this location. They just don't care. There are 3 registers, 5 people standing around, and 1 person working to get out prescriptions. Make it make sense.

Location is poorly ran. They royally screwed up a personalized photo book order. I took it upon myself to go to a different location to get everything resolved. Only worth while stars to give would be Alex. He went out of his way to try and help. Other than that, horrible experience.
