To the Manager(believe his last name is Hurts) and the cashier that worked at closing tike on Friday August 12...thank yiu from the bottom of my heart! I arrived at exactly closing time to get medication for my boy who is dealing with an ear infection and they were kind to let me go in after closing time to get the medication. I truly appreciate the help and support. Thank You!

We have been coming to this Walgreens for over 4 yrs now and drive further to it because of the great pharmacists they have!! Sure, can they have some off days on occasion, yes! But there far more good days to offset.People complain about the staff, but I see what they have to deal with when waiting for my prescription… people without driver’s license, just trust me, it’s really me… to why did their insurance only pay for a certain amount (customer’s job to call your own insurance and ask!!)… to many unprepared customers slowing down the line for regulars like my wife & me. They have rules in place for protection for customers, yet customers seem to be the cause of delays most of the time.Yes, I’m a genuine customer and not an employee… give them a break as they all are human like all of us!!

Avoid this place at all cost. Very rude pharmacy staff. They told my wife her prescription would ready at 2:30pm on a Friday. I attempted to pick it up in the drive through at 3:30pm and was told it would not be ready until Monday. I went inside and confronted them because it isn't a medication my wife can go without. It was a miracle-----They said they would have it ready in 10 mins. The lady at the counter who could barely speak English never could explain how we went from 2:30pm on Friday to Monday to 10 minutes. If she did I couldn't understand her because she can't speak English. Of course now days we are dealing with millennials so that pretty much explains a lot.

I signed up for a Walgreens prescription card which came with a fee. Every time I go to fill a prescription it is way more money than with GoodRx. Today the cost difference on 2 meds was over $175. Based on this I told them I would not be filling prescriptions at Walgreens. I had HEB call to transfer my prescription so the could fill my meds and they told them to call back in an hour they were busy.I spoke to walgreen pharmacist and they said nobody had called to transfer m, which was untrue.I am in a lot of back pain today and beef my medication. Now the Walgreens will be closing for 2 hours.Service is horrendous! Never use this location. I have been a long time customer of Walgreens and have spend an outrageous amounts oa money with them. I have not only filled my contacts and prescriptions them I also have done shopping for the last 40 years. They were my go to for everything!!Will never be back!!You may have lost your vest customer ever!!!

The Pharmacy people is rude and mean! I went today around 5:40pm and I took my mom for her second COVID vaccine, because I receive a call from them on Sunday to remind me and they told me that I can’t just walk in I need an appointment, I explain to him that the day of the first dose I ask the pharmacist on charge if I need an appointment and she said no, and that I also receive a call on Sunday and the guy very rude said they change that 2 weeks ago. Really? And why I receive a call on Sunday and they didn’t communicate that? I told them is my time waste and the other guy raise his arms like he didn’t care. Wao the unprofessional people that they hire should be working at they’re home just cleaning because those faces don’t have respect, when I was talking they didn’t even look at me, if they said something they were looking away. Very disrespectful.

I picked up my subscription, and they gave me someone else's. They checked my name and address and all but still gave me someone else's medicine? This is a very serious mistake.They have a bunch of students working in the shop and these kids have no professional knowledge.I came back today to pick up another medicine. Yes, I wanted to give them another chance. They overcharged me this time. They reran my insurance and it came back with zero due. I am now swtching. Do not come here.

Came here for vaccine shots for my son, staff were helpful and nice. CVS they said they had walkins but later said we need appointment.We came to Walgreens , walkin and we were out in 25 mins. You can get vaccine here for kids. The person who administered the vaccine was nice.

Don’t come to this storeWant to replace an item for another during the buy 2 & get 3rd free promotion. They refuse to do because they say they don’t sell that item. While I have the purchase history from Walgreen website and you can find the exact product from Walgreens website too, they still refuse to replace the item for me and manager giving me attitude( the black male with glasses), service so bad choose other places plz

This lazy pharmacists did even check my insurance for medicine payment. I asked them to check and they said they already did.Liars. I ended up pay for the medicine. I call my insurance and they said the pharmacy didn't even try. No claim records of them checking for this medicines. I gave cvs another chance and they are still not competition for Walgreens. Now, I have to take rime of my day and drive all the way there for a refund.

I was creating a holiday card and needed help. The manager was so patient and nice! I really appreciated the time and effort. It's so rare to find someone knowledgeable - great customer service!

If I could give no stars, I would. This pharmacy is completely incompetent and after spending 3 days trying to get them to fill my daughters prescription (she is diabetic, this is NECESSARY) they finally gave me 2 of the 3 things I needed ... only after I had to get upset because they tried to say it was out of stock when I knew it wasn't. I decided to transfer to a new pharmacy and for over a week they have tried to get her profile sent over and Walgreens has yet to do it. It's absolutely ridiculous.
