Worst customer service and if pricing is wrong in the shelf they’ll argue or give you excuses like ohh customers just put everything everywhere but how customer can put the whole bunch of stuff in there. Accept it that it’s your staff mistake not customers. Shamaiea was the girl that took care of us on register. She had a bad attitude. She did use my reward instead of the coupon and then when I said since the price is wrong on the shelf she gave me money in merchandise credit instead of giving it in my original payment without telling me and refuse to void it. Would not recommend this Walgreens and will never go there again.

Alan the so-called manager in the pharmacy was rude, ignorant and a prick. That moron had the audacity to threaten me with not giving me my husband’s medication. Can you believe that he Actually Threatened to withhold a medication. Prior to me going to pick up my husband‘s medication, I was on hold for 20 minutes they kept answering then putting it back on hold with that awful music and then after 20 minutes they just hung up the phone. So when I got to the window I asked to speak to the manager and that unprofessional moron came to the window and stated ‘ I’m the manager what is it” so at that point I’m shocked. Not only was I left on hold then hung up on but that moron behaved is such a nasty way. Threatening me is upsetting and laughable and I will be going to the very top with this!

Today is sunday, end of the afternoon and my husband went there to get prednisolone (not a complicated preparation) for our 8yo son who is in pain from surgery. And this guy refused to do his job, because he “would be closing in 3 min”. Such a lack of respect or empathy. And fun thing is, last week I went there, around lunch time, this lady took my prescription, entered the medication area and then came back and said “sorry, you’ll have to come back later cause I’m gonna close now. And I’m not even talking about the numerous times it took ages to get the medication, and people always looking grumpy. So, this is the normal behavior for them and service is bad. Shame on you. I’ll just change to another pharmacy.

The pharnacy at Walgreens needs serious help. They really need to either hire additional help or design a better call in system. I have been on hold for 15 minutes and every few minutes the call was answered and immediately placed on hold. One of the times this happened the lady said "Oh my God" before placing my call back on hold. I will try HEB right next door.

Alex is the rudest pharmacist I have ever experienced at drive through.No name tag or card, he gave me an empty bag and had charged 35.00 and no refund for filling prescription wrong. Previously same store gave me wrong sticker name on generic med. Sloppy at best they throw the closed sign when nothing was completed.Will never be treated like their garbage again.

This Walgreens never has my prescription same day, even for basic prescriptions. Today, we’ve gone back and forth several times to try and pick my RX up after they emailed and text me this morning saying it was ready for pickup. My husband finally went inside after the same sign was outside “no pharmacist on duty” and he was told their hasn’t been a pharmacist their all day. And we could “go get it from another Walgreens”.

At present, the pharmacy functions with increased efficiency and delivers superior services as compared to the past. Nonetheless, I encountered a discourteous pharmacy staff member who kept me waiting for over an hour despite having an appointment. This level of service was truly unacceptable. However, I haven't seen that staff member again, leading me to believe that they were possibly fired.
