Poor haircut experience, no professionalism, destroyed hair with no sense of neat cut, scissor use was scarce mainly used trimmer, not recommended at all, wasted 10$

First time coming here with my grandma! She comes here all the time with my tias & I finally joined along.
The experience and customer service is incredible. They are all so patient & kind! It wanted my heart to see a lot of moms come in with their kids (like me) and they were all so patient with them. They cut my hair & gave me a mani/pedi but they also made sure my toddler was close to me the whole time. I definitely will be back & definitely recommend to give them a visit!
My nails and hair came out so good!

Talk about quality. I’ve been coming to see Susan and Kelly for almost a year. I moved from the city and I still go back to see them. Susan is an expert in her field and takes her work very seriously. There isn’t a design she hasn’t attempted. I get many compliments every time. Kelly is so delicate when it comes to my pedicures (and I experience a lot of skin pain). Don’t be fool by the looks of this places; the workers here work hard! They are always taking recommendations to up the vibes. The best part is they don’t over charge like these other high end salons that just push you out after 30 minutes. These ladies deserve more work and I hope this review takes you to see them!

I made an appointment for a haircut for myself and my two boys and was told to show up at 3:00. It wasn’t until 3:20 that they could cut our hair. The barber only had time to cut one of my son’s hair and was in such a rush that he gave him a bad haircut. He asked if we could come back in an hour or tomorrow because he had to take his son to a game. Just about every time Ive been here we have to wait for an hour or more regardless if I have an appointment. I always tell them it takes me about 30 minutes to drive there. They should have set up an appointment for me when they actually had time to cut our hair.

I found this salon by googling. I found mixed reviews. However, I walked in and was greeted by several of the workers. They explained I would have a few minutes to wait. I was fine with the wait but it was only like 3 minutes and several other workers walked in. The lady who did my pedicure got right to work as soon as she settled in. She did a wonderful job and even did a cute flower on my big toes. I will be going back that is for sure.

They were so patient. First time EVER in a nail salon where I wasn't RUSHED while picking a color! Every place I've been too, I always feel pressured to hurry when choosing. I hate that! I came with my mother for a mani and pedi and they were so thorough and attentive. We loved the experience and how our nails and feet turned out. Definitely our new place now.
