The incompetence and lack of customer service extends to every department here : grooming, store and the vet. Why and how are y’all still open. Can you all just concede to Petsmart and allow them to take over this location. Never returning to Petco nor using any of their services

Update: if you have a sick pet or a concern of a sickness they will not be able to see your pet for days. It is Thursday and the earliest they can see her is monday. My pet may have a fever and want her to be seen. Any other vet I have been too I have had no issues with them seeing my pet the same day. Previous: I am able to bring my pet in at anytime for anything else on Saturday but because we are concerned with her eye leaking. I'm supposed to wait until they have availability on Monday. Meanwhile they have a ton of appointments available... Worst first impression.

My baby boy is better what else can you ask? They are extremely nice and serviceable! They were even cordial to the humans too! Lol JK?But seriously competent people I trust with my Fur babies! To the doctors and assisthank you. You have no idea how much joy and love. This boy had brought to my life. Anything happened to him. Is unfathomable to me and he's back to his previous goofy wonderful self. Thank you! ❤️ ??

I love this location, I drive 24 miles just to go to this location. The staff is wonderful, the lab tech this time was the BEST. She was super nice. My dog is having issues with arthritis and I was worried about her and she made me feel better. She was also very gentle with my baby. Please keep doing what you do!

I have been twice with issues for my senior pup. Have seen two different vets and both were great. Staff all very helpful. Very easy to get an appointment both times. Will be utilizing them again.

Petco; expensive dog treats and food. Not enough employees. Long line because cashier has to go out on the floor to find products for customers and no one else come to check out the long line of customers.

This vetco location was amazing. David was our vet tech and he was absolutely wonderful!! He answered all of our questions and made sure my furbaby received the best care. I have been to other vetco locations and this one is by far the best! The whole staff is truly amazing. This will be the only location we go to from now on.

Ver assistant told me they don't have surgeon today and recommended other affordable place right away, so I won't put money to surgery. great place.

April at the front desk was incredibly knowledgeable, addressing my concerns with attentiveness. She went above and beyond, offering detailed information about the services available. The overall customer service experience, including Risha, was welcoming. I'd give them 5 stars for their outstanding service. Thank you.
