I came in about a week ago because I was having trouble with my phone and my plan. It was so very frustrating. I was helped though and everything turned out great, very grateful and appreciative. The manger, Moe, was really helpful and very clear with everything. Thank you Verizon.

I went in today agitated and frustrated as my service was off and I had no idea why. Keba greeted me as soon as I entered the store. She was very kind, patient, and professional. She turned my experience with Verizon around as I was ready to find a new provider. Thanks Keba!
