We bought a family package with 3 routes. After repeatedly confirming the final price, we were told at the last minute that we would need to pay an extra $4 per month. A lady served us, and we really disliked this sales method.

Great service at Verizon – Morton Ranch
After going to 3 other stores and calling customer service with no solution, Ernesto at the Morton Ranch location finally helped me solve the issue. He was kind, professional, and really knew what he was doing. Thanks to him, I finally left a Verizon store satisfied
I’m very grateful for his help. Highly recommend this store and especially Ernesto!

Worst location I’ve ever been took. Nobody greeted anybody they walked in, seemed like they didn’t want to work. Was there almost an hour and nobody said anything. Left and went to a different location.

Don't sign up with Verizon. They have the worst customer service. They won't refund money for purchases they never shipped. Now I'm locked into another three-year contract for an upgrade I never made. I paid for it, and they haven't refunded my money. It's been 20 days.

Store staff is great. Store itself is not. Everything echoes, you can't hear anything over everyone talking and being on the phone. I had an issue with an order and store staff directed me to call support rather than handle it in-store because it would double charge my account. I understand this isn't the fault of the location and I appreciate the heads up- but it's definitely silly and inconvenient that I have to wait on the phone for fifteen minutes to verify my order rather than just handle this with store staff. Still, I know this isn't an issue with this location- but I'm rating four stars due to the hostile nature of the acoustics in the store.

Just talk to Anthony or other team members. They will get you the best deals. Avoid Bryan at all cost this guy is just there to hurt business i would get rid of him ASAP. everytime I talk to Bryan he have made so called excuses and act like he own Verizon. Where other guys are so hard working specially Anthony. BRYAN find something else to do you are not cutout for this job.

I had someone knock on my door and promise me faster internet. It was half the speed of my current so I cancelled it. I was told I had 45 days to cancel no penalty but I sent the equipment back within 20 days. Verizon has been trying to charge me for the equipment that I turned in and have an email stating it was turned in. I spoke with Verizon customer service multiple times and they have told me that I do not owe them anything. I now have been contacted by a debt collector and it’s on my credit report FOR SOMETHING IVE ALREADY RETURNED. Watch out for this company they do not know what they are doing and you will suffer for it.
EDIT: I am updating the review to two stars because they are now working on it. They have reached out and apologized but this is still something I canceled and sent back the equipment over a month ago.

Great experience, deals and price!!! We step in to find out the possibility of change our current provider and ended up with the best packages and promotions , but also the best costumer service with Anthony and Jean Carlo !!! Definitely highly recommended!

Ordered my phone online for pick up on this location , I called the store if I can pick it up aldo it’s still pending in the system . The person who I spoke to said just bring your id to pick up . So I went and the sales person said I can’t still pending and encourage me just to cancel the order online so I can get the phone at their store but to pay a higher price and my monthly payment will increase , I said no and told them I will just wait for my online order . The next day I got an email saying I cancelled my order online . I called Verizon rep and told me that the store location canceled my order without my authorization. The manager here is a crook and dishonest watch out do not deal with them , I already filed a complaint
