I don’t understand all the bad reviews. Read the directions from Amazon and package accordingly. It’s a business, tape isn’t free. I’ve never had a bad experience here. Owner and employees are nice and pleasant.

I’ve consistently had a good experience here. In fact, I choose to bring my Amazon returns here than any other local UPS because of how easy the process is at this location.

I would drive an extra 10 miles to go to any other UPS store. The owner has been rude every single time I’ve been in the last few years and employees are argumentative about everything. Completely unpleasant experience each time. Wish they would change ownership to get someone in there that actually enjoys customer relations. Awful zero stars

Would give ZERO star if possible. Dropped off 2 packages on 1/29 going UPS ground and it still just says label created. That tells me it's still at the store somewhere. I even purchased 2 of their mailers to ship my 2 packages. I called afternoon of the 30th because there wasn't any details on the tracking and the lady said to wait till the evening. I went there on 2/1 and no one could help me look around. They said the manager needs to call me. It's 2/6 and the manager hasn't called. I would never ever go back to this store. Extremely unprofessional. Go Fedex!!

We recently moved to the Katy area. As with most Amazon prime members, we have to return items from time to time. We found this UPS shipping location close to our home. The first couple of times, the workers were very very nice and smiled and were very friendly. I always say thank you and smile to them. Now, they are not friendly at all. They now never acknowledge my thank you or smile back. Nothing. It’s so uncomfortable, that I don’t want to go in there. Sad.

For the amount of Amazon returns they get, the employees get to each customer fairly quickly, are helpful when needed, and no one has been rude for the 3 years I’ve been using this UPS store. I suggest that people have their return receipts more handy to make the line move more quickly.

Went last Friday fir an Amazin return. Came in, Saud good morning twice to the furl there. No one else in the store. Wauted, said good morning again, she kept scanning stuff from a bit, the after one minute finally turned to me and said Well what do you want? Very unfriendly, obvious that she did not want to offer any help to me.

I have done business at this location for years and it is time to find a different location to do business. I have noticed the following:1. Service is better when the owner/older gentleman is there2. It is pathetic that we have customers out the door and two employees have their eyes glued to their phones in the back room3. The employee (assuming the owner’s son?) looked up saw the line of customers and didn't care at all.No, I don't want anyone to be at my beg and call. I simply will choose to do business elsewhere.If you want to continue to do business at this location be ready to wait until the son is willing to work!Update 8/27/2023!The last four or five times I have been there the employees are on top of it! Employees are ensuring customers are a priority!

DONT DROP OFF TO THIS LOCATION. Shipped an iPhone 12pro ($1000) via ups drop off at this location and it was never scanned in, looking like I never dropped it off. I came back looking for the manager and he basically told me too bad, there was nothing they could do. WOW. I'm pretty sure someone stole my phone right out of the drop bin and now I'm on the hook for the $1000. Can't put a claim in because it was never scanned, I'm technically not the sender or receiver. The manager gave me some bs about the hub. He's probably the one who stole it.

Tracking Number: 1Z9V78470321415656My request to owner if he is able to respond: I asked my friend to ship two cricket bats of extreme sentimental value to our team address in Apex, NC. On May 18, 2023 he came to the store, had them packaged in 6x6x48 box at the store, had a tracking number generated, got a receipt, shared the receipt with me. And then the package vanished like it was never there. I called UPS and they said UPS carrier was never given the package and they cant do anything and we have to take this matter to the store. I called store for many days and call will always get routed to main UPS line with no help. I kept calling every day and one day got lucky - somebody picked up the phone and told me there is nothing he can find of that size package and for that tracking number, in the store. I am requesting that someone at the store please look thoroughly and figure out if the package is sitting somewhere. Thanks.

Darcie was great! Cause my phone had no service in store, she stood out in 100 degree weather on the phone until she got an answer concerning my return. On top of that she was patiently and calmly helping other customers at the same time . Then Darcie even carryed my packages out to my car. Great employee
