Had a very difficult return and the employee had good suggestions and was very efficent even at a very busy time

While often busy, they typically move fairly quickly. I typically print out my labels prior to arrival so I don't have to wait. They have a UPS and USPS drop box to make my stop very efficient. I occasionally drop off my amazon returns and wait for a receipt. Overall, I've never had a bad experience.

The store when open does a decent job. A large portion of their business is Amazon returns.
However they often do not open on time. The store says 8:00 but often it’s closer to 8:30.
If you run a business, honor your business hours, especially when people coordinate their schedule based on your business hours.
