I have been purchasing my uniforms for many, many years, from Theresa at Uniform Specialists of Katy. I have continued to shop there, as well as many of my co-workers, because of Theresa’s personalized care and great quality and selection. She is a delight to do business with, and I appreciate her being a business owner with integrity. That is not easy to find these days! I highly recommend Uniform Specialists of Katy! I bought a lab coat for my sons college class. And not only would they not give me a refund? Because he is 6 foot 4, and it was too short for him. They wouldn't even give me a store credit. This is a horrible company with bad b business policies. Do not shop there, they are. A miserable company to deal with

Store policy states no refunds, just exchanges. If there's a difference in price when exchange is made, only store credit is given and no refunds. Be aware.

The owner went above and beyond with recommending sizing and fit for my scrubs. It was the first place where I noticed the owner would take the time to care and to help you find the clothing that would fit you the best. I didn't know there was such a thing called "Medium short" pants vs. "Medium." Thanks so much! Uniform Specialists is fast, friendly, and helpful.

The owner of this store is rude. Her husband stated when I purchased my scrubs at the store that they let you exchange them if they didn't work out as long as you don't wear them he seemed pretty helpful and nice. So I tried on the scrubs at home after making the purchase and they were constantly falling off so I called and the owner allowed me to bring them in. Well I brought my bag of the items that I needed to be exchanged in with me to the fitting room and also brought my backpack which I carry my wallet in with to try on another couple pairs of scrubs. There was literally no one else in the store besides me and the owner. She didn't say anything to me about my backpack or the bag I had in my hand of my exchange she let me go into the fitting room. She started to question me why I brought a backpack and the exchange items into the fitting room like I stole something when I went to the cash register. I told her she can check the receipt for the items I was bringing back and also check my backpack. So I finally found a pair of joggers that I like and they fit nice at the store in teal so she had to order the grape color. Since I had a credit I bought an extra pair in black same size and style without trying them on. Took them home and they were just too tight at the ankle which wasn't the case with the teal color ones I tried on in the store. I called and of course I get attitude over the phone making comments like I already placed the order they are being shipped. I said if they can't cancel the order I will just try them on and see if they fit she made snarky comments like it's not a manufacture issue you just don't like them that's not a legitimate return reason and if you don't like how they fit you will have to pay the shipping to send them back extremely unprofessional and rude. So I show up on a Sunday and she already starts stating things like you don't follow the policy I told her I just want to try out the joggers I ordered if they fit that's it she kept trying to push my buttons stating you aren't listening or following any of my policies. I'm sorry but maybe you and your husband need to be on the same page regarding policies don't tell the customer you can exchange items as long as they aren't used and then another person states something different that's not my fault I'm hearing two different policies. Also if you go to big name stores like Target, Macy's, Nordstrom they don't have you bring your return/exchange items to the front when you enter the store. You act like people want to steal your scrubs I paid over $150 for the scrubs I can afford them and also afford the shipping cost if they didn't work out. I will never step foot in this store again and I highly recommend you go to another store she's the definition of a Karen. And I wouldn't be surprised if she replies back to this review stating how nice she was and that I was the one with the attitude. Stay away. Update to her reply: I don't think that ordering scrubs that you already carry in the store in a different color is considered a "special order". She is blaming me for making a big deal I wasn't the one on the phone who was making a big deal I told you that if they didn't work out what was the process for exchanging you said you have to pay the shipping cost to return them. I said I would come by the store to try the items and if they fit they fit and if not we will deal with sending them back you gave me attitude during the entire phone call. Also I should have read all of the reviews because there are some on here that state the same that you were rude over the phone and even followed someone to their car bc you thought she stole some scrubs. Just deny your wrongdoings and lies and accuse the customer. You have no customer service skills and don't know how to talk to people in an appropriate manner. Nice storefront but hard to find on GPS. All the styles and variety of scrubs and medical field attire. Nice older lady was very helpful as well. Prices started from affordable to expensive but will cover all your needs if u need a uniform.

I cannot praise the customer service enough at this store. The staff member was attentive, patient, and provided valuable assistance as I tried on different sizes.
