Chelcye helped me at this location and her customer service was FANTASTIC! She helped me find my concealer shade in a couple different brands. Both of them were sold out so I didn't even purchase anything that day but I went back later for her recommendations and they are perfect matches. I couldn't be more happy!

I just made a purchase of approximately $200. The girl at the checkout who served me was extremely rude to me. Her name is MELISSA. It all started because I wanted to pay part of my purchase with 2 gif cards and his response instantly was a resounding NO, without any explanation I said ok and then I asked him to divide my account into two parts so I could use both cards and make my complete purchase . using my gift cards and also my debit card, from that moment on she was extremely rude to me, she looked at me dirty, she threw my products in the bag without caring if they were damaged or broken, she also did not ask me which girl helped me in the After of my visit, he did not take my purchase in my hands, he simply left it on the table and left, much less said thank you, being a polite person. I said thank you and she just ignored me. There should be better treatment from her workers. I am completely disappointed that I didn't spend $10 when I visited her store. I just wanted a solution to be able to pay for my purchase and this girl MELISSA did not give it to me at all she simply gave me very very bad treatment without even any kind of need, I hate giving bad reviews but really this girl had very bad education and I feel that I am having a very bad time inside Ulta.??????

I recently visited Ulta with the intention of purchasing a fragrance, but my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon entering the fragrance section, I encountered several staff members engrossed in personal conversations, completely blocking access to half of the displays. Despite my presence and obvious interest in their products, they continued to loudly discuss their zodiac signs, completely disregarding my presence. Despite giving them the benefit of the doubt and circling the section multiple times, hoping they would notice and make way, they remained oblivious and inconsiderate. Needless to say, I left without making a purchase, as it became evident that obtaining any help or attention from the staff was futile. If you value customer service and a pleasant shopping experience, I would advise looking elsewhere.

Love this Ulta so convenientBut their best eyebrow tech in Houston and Katy Vanessa V. Is no longer there. It took me years to find this level of expertise and knowledge for all things eyes and brows and skin. She is the best in Houston and Katy. You will fall in love with attention to detail. I recently found her at Luminous Brow Bar. near Mason Road make the appointment directly with Vanessa.

The inside is normally fine but this is the 2nd time I did curbside. With a sleeping baby I couldn’t just go inside after the first few mins. Called twice and they said someone is working on grabbing it. Another car came after me and was waiting too but after awhile she went in and left before someone brought my stuff. So I finally made it in and it was there ready. Just no one was working it. I had to go in twice. I went to HEB right after and it took less then a min

Lots of selection my wife likes, friend y and helpful staff, inline options for quick in and out shopping. As a person with little interest in the stores items the staff made a difference in a positive experience.

If I could leave no stars I would! This is the second time I've come to this location and been profiled and treated like a criminal or thief. I went on lunch to look for a fragrance for a gift exchange between friends. I go to the very lack luster fragrance section and look around. For starters the design and layout is poor. Everything is low meaning you have to bend over or sqaut down to see. If this looks suspicious that's an Ulta issue. A lady that didn't even have on all black but had the walkie talky asked if I needed help. I said no and kept looking. She then follows me and then posts up 3 feet behind me to watch me. I got annoyed and asked could I help her because I'm uncomfortable and I feel like I'm being watched and she says "oh I'm watching someone else." What? I walked away and dared her to follow me. I didnt even have a large purse. Ulta has racist employees!.

This store is of the lowest class. I tried to return a purchase in the original packaging and receipt that I made 3 days ago. At first they told me that it was a very old item and could not be returned........?.Then they started demanding my first and last name, address and phone #.....?Then they just said that they could return it for $ 1........?At the same time, they were rude . If you want to ruin your mood , then go to this store.
