I got an eyebrow wax service with Aaliyah and I’m very happy with my service. She was professional and took the time and care to explain every step to me. This was my first time getting a wax service here and I will be returning just for her.

Yesterday I was in line at the checkout when I witnessed the cashier being disrespectful to a customer. I immediately put down my items and left the store. There are plenty of shops in the city, and it is the customers who keep a business running. Good customer service is the key to success, not insulting customers .

Unfortunately, based on my experience today with this store, I believe that if my personal dignity is important to me, I will never shop here again, even though it is close to where I live. The cashier made a very obvious mistake and made me angry without apologizing, saying, "If you don't want us to throw you out, then be quiet!" Every person is responsible for their own mistakes, and apologizing is the least they can do .!!

I was a recent visitor at the Ulta Greentree Shopping Center location. The representative named SHY, the Lancôme consultant was so friendly and helpful. She instantly matched my foundation and gave me the tools to create a light free coverage for every day wear. She’s very knowledgeable and understands the variations of skin tone for women of color. I’ve had experiences at other establishments where the beauty consultant will have me extremely light or too dark. I’m very thankful for Beauty Consultant Sky! Thanks Ulta for hiring great people!

I go to Ulta Beaty several times a year and look for specials that they promote occasionally. The staff is always fluttering around and will help find what you’re looking for.

store for all your beauty needs and they even have a salon.

I truly enjoy coming to this Ulta I’m always made to feel welcomed, the staff is family oriented and professional. Not to mention living close by is a plus, my most recent brow experience with Aaliyah was rewarding. She gives the bomb consults, is reassuring and meticulous with her work. This store always looks like it was raided by a group of 10 year olds. Very messy make up isles, out of half the stuff, tons of stuff out of place.
I'll stick to ordering online.

Customers please monitor your credit cards after making an in store purchase for a product to be mailed to you. They will charge you at the register and then another charge will pop up on your card days later. They are double charging you and then once you recognize it they call it a glitch in the system. They take no ownership in fixing the problem they created and instruct you to wait weeks for your money to possibly be returned to your card. If it's not automatically returned to your card you will then need to provide proof that you were double charged. If you inform customers that it is a glitch in your system then you are already aware of the problem. Fix it! No one should have to wait weeks for money that is unauthorized (stolen) off their card. Stop waiting until customers bring it to your attention. Again, fix the problem. Imagine how many customers don't recognize the double charge. Customer support, no help at all. Customer support supervisor, they reach out to you at their convenience with no resolution.

Very helpful employees!! My car broke down outside of the store and a very very lovely male manager (I think) I wish I caught his name, was so incredibly nice to jump my car. I even offered to pay him back for it and he refused. Such nice people at this location, he definitely deserves compensation for that.

These girls were on point! Color matched me great which I never allow someone to do but she was spot on and so polite. I’ve been there like 3 times now lol they are taking all my lil money. People just want great service
