I am putting a review for the amazing customer service over the phone that I received around 3:07pm 2/14/24. I am from San Antonio and our polo store inside the rivercenter Mall has no phone contact I called the store to see if all the chains carried women plus size jeans. I didn't get the girl's name but she was sweet she knew her stuff and was kind and informative. Really good manners. Good job ??????

I suffered ridicule from the cashier, simply for returning a product, and the manager simply justified the abuse of her employee, explaining that it was part of her culture! I wonder: in a multicultural country that fights every day to avoid discrimination and bullying in every sense, can this attitude be justified? This event happened on the afternoon of Friday, January 7, 2022

I do not recommend this company for trust, last week they didn’t allow me to use the fitting room and when I returned to exchange the shirts to small sizes, I used one and washed it and didn’t use the other one, but I took the tags of and put the in the bag with the invoice, the manager refused to accept the exchange, the reason was that she can’t sell it again.It is actually not my business.

So I was kicked out of the store BY THE MANAGER WHO THREATENED ME to call security IF I DONT LEAVE because I didn’t have mask. I told them I have proof of vaccination and they didn’t care. I asked for mask and they said you have to pick it up from mall management which I don’t know where it is. I don’t mind wearing the mask but AS A COURTESY THE STORE SHOULD HAVE A BOX TO PROVIDE PEOPLE LIKE ME WHO CAME WITH NO MASK WITH ONE. Will never ever buy from Polo again. I gave one star which is zero, manager was not smart dealing with the situation?

So I was in Miami for the super bowl. Needed a pair of black Jean's. Stopped by the store in bayside. 2 for $40 slim straight Jean's. Bought 2 pairs. Liked them. Came back to Katy TX , looked on website same price. Came to Katy mills mall. Promotion not in store. Asked the manager for promo price she said NO. Now I'm sitting in the mall and I'm able to buy them on line for $20 each.
