“My vehicle was completely dead; no battery clicking, nothing. I was on the fifth floor of a parking garage and was told that any tow truck used to get my car out could not be a flatbed and had to be less than 8 feet. Well that eliminates just about everyone. Very few have a sneaker truck. After several hours of trying, tired and frustrated, I called Westway Towing. I don’t know if the lady who answered could hear the exhaustion in my voice or was my angel but she quickly connected me to Walter who shared something with me none of the others had…I probably didn’t even need a tow but a jump. He dispatched Charles to my location who arrived within 5 mins because he was already close. Charles was kind and in seconds had my car started so I could drive it to the mechanic. I literally hugged him! Not only were Walter and Charles able to assist me, they saved me hundreds of dollars in the process. I cannot thank the Westway Tow team enough.
