My wife Rita and I are extremely pleased with the service we received from Tom Mann Insurance Agency. Our agent Vivian gave us excellent customer service and presented the best insurance rates available saving us over $1,000 a year on premiums. All of our questions were answered in a timely manner. Our experience was great, we highly recommend Tom Mann Insurance Agency.

Very odd experience!
I just called for a homeowners quote. The first red flag was when I was asked by an "agent" (the woman who answered the phone saud she was an agent) to email my current insurance policy. I have never been asked to do this by any insurance company. I was then asked if I was a homeowner or if I was calling for someone else. I said I was the homeowner. The "agent" then lectured me about privacy laws and said if I wasn't really the homeowner I shouldn't be calling for the quote. Once I said i was the homeowner that should have been it. Why question my integrity? I am not sure who is answering the phone but maybe she shouldn't be. Hard pass on this agency.

The quotes were provided quickly, were lower than others that I had received & it was very easy to transfer my business from another insurance company over to Tom Mann Insurance! As insurance premiums continue to increase, I can always count on Tom & his team to shop around for the best rates possible. I highly recommend Tom Mann Insurance

Tom Mann and his office are extremely competent and professional. They keep an eye on my renewals shopping for new policies at the best price to fit my needs each year. They are always accessible and respond quickly whether it's my pipes bursting during a freeze or making any modifications to my auto policy when it needs to be adjusted. I've also found that Tom finds 'good policies' meaning they have proper coverage to repair/replace damage to my property or to personal contents. Many agents just find the least expensive policy and you are left with very little coverage when you really need it! I highly recommend Tom Mann insurance. My parents are now his customers as neighbors and friends!

For the past several years, we have used a different insurance agency that assured us that we were getting the lowest rate available. Our homeowners insurance went up year after year without any claims. I have been receiving mailers from Tom Mann Insurance every year but decided to stay loyal to my existing insurance company. This year I decided to shop around. I took a chance and called Tom Mann to see if they could help me get the same coverage but with a better premium. Vivian took great care of me and was able to get me more coverage for less than what my previous insurance company was able to find. She took the time to listen to my concerns and walk me through the entire process of getting my homeowners changed. Tom Mann and his team have earned my business and I highly recommend!
