horrible. Customer service through the online system or over the phone will help. Customer service told me they can't help with my escrow being $2,000 negative.. they said i have to call insurance. I held for a few hours and got hung up on. My homeowners insurance was paid again 1/17/2022 even though it was as paid 12/21/21 for the following year. I was waiting on a refund check from my previous homeowner to insurance company of $1,482 to bring my negative balance of $1,102 to the $380 we technically have in escrow as of january 2022. Yet.. i found out today after i got the refund and was ready to put it back into escrow .. insurance too it upon themselves to double pay my current company and now that $1,482 gets added to a negative balance of $1,986.66. I call and they don't see my issue .. with a negative $504 balance .. as opposed to the $380 positive and $525 positive i should have come february 1.. as i pay $195 into escrow a month !.. I am so disgusted ... so i am trying to find places to file a complaint until the insurance department answers and explains to me why this has occurred. I will get a lawyer, or refinance which ever comes first but i will not give you $1,482 of my money to fix YOUR mistakes.

You can never get through to speak to someone for help! Horrible customer service. Wish they were not my lender.

They fail to disclose the costs of re-fi or loan modification and then talk you into it because it sounds like a good idea - not knowing ALL the hidden costs. They take all the fees then sell your loan and no longer have any loyalty, responsibility or any accountability. TERRIBLE!!!!! ( this must be a crime on some level - even if not federal which it is-then ethically and morally) be ashamed Caliber - you should be -

Warning to NOT use this company if you want anything done in a timely manner. We used them last year as a new loan moving from one state to another. Almost lost our house because of them taking two months. Decided to refinance a year later and we are now 4 months into the process and haven't closed yet. Most frustrating experience we have ever had. Should have known better from the first experience. I would give them zero stars if it would let me!
