I would love to give a 0 star review, but this is not possible. The sales and customer service experience was absolutely terrible. My salesperson,
[email protected] / Colin (ext.4955), continued to "pass the buck" after TireRack had made a failure in their services. I did not appreciate his mocking tone, suggesting that he should fly to Shreveport to ensure my orders accuracy. This is not a great look, passing the blame to a different team whiles also mocking the customer. TireRack failed, and should have owned up to it. 0 Star service.
