The worst Shell station I've ever been to. It's too bad, because I come here every day since I live nearby, and now I really just have to find another one to go to.
1. The pumps are always failing. Always some kind of error or issue, but then again, since I come everyday, maybe I see them more often on this station than others.
2. When Shell left the station and another buyer switched it to Exxon or whatever, they added mobile pay to the pumps. When Shell came back, they turned off all the mobile pay on every pump for like 2 years. One day it started working, but after a while, if you use mobile pay it will just put you in a please hold pattern for like 30 seconds and then cancel your transaction.
3. Now the shell app, which I use all the time, won't even function on these pumps anymore.
4. The card reader on many of the pumps won't function.
5. I've mentioned this to the staff inside many times but nothing ever gets done.
6. On top of all of this, they started to close their doors to the public at midnight a few years ago, while still maintaining they are at 24-hour gas station. Now they shut down all their pumps at midnight, while still maintaining they are a 24-hour gas station.

This place is a pain in The butt. The last SEVERAL times we went to get gas and/or car wash, we have to go inside to get out receipt/car wash code. We asked why there’s never paper in the printers. Response: because no one goes out to put on paper. DUH!!! People need to do their job!

Pump did not print out receipt. Usual for shell stations. Nobody was in store to give receipt. Maybe asleep.

I have never been so dissatisfied with customer service like the one received today at this gas station. Trying to enjoy a day at the water park that's close to here. Stopped by quick to get some snacks and use restroom. * First issue is having my partner locked inside the restroom. What's the reason to have an open restroom and then not check if anyone is in it before locking it. (Not so much of a big deal at least recognize it and apologize)*Have kids juice in stock go to cashier to pay for it and get told she can't sell it to us due to "items not allowed to be sold,to get a different juice " I say okay maybe barcode not scanning I try getting a different one with same cartoon so my kid can get his favorite juice. She stated she can't sell me anything from the same kind. I don't understand how you can have something in stock and not be able to sell it.Went to a different gas station bough our juices no problem!

I have been going to this gas station for 4 years because I live very close. I have never had any issues here. Tonight I went in around 9:30pm and I witnessed what appeared to be the new owner, scream at a cashier that has been there for as long as I've been a customer there. When I walked in he got quiet. I went to pay for my drink and I asked if everything was ok. They both smiled and I left. As soon as I got to my car the owner went back to scream at the cashier. I went back inside to make sure everything was ok. The owner walked away. The cashier said "that's just how he is.. I'm trying to get used to it." I don't care what the issue is, that was the most unprofessional thing I've ever seen. If the owner is reading this.. you better figure your issues out. There are a lot of TimeWise around. I'm more than happy to frequent one of those.

We stopped just before one am to fuel up before venturing to the rodeo grounds. The pump didn't print my receipt and when I called back the next day they refused to help me obtain a receipt.

Not to be confused with ThymeWaste, which is when you throw out an entire container of spices. This is a pretty good Timewise station right next to Katy Mills outlet mall, and close to all the fun stuff in Katy. The gas station sometimes has good prices and sometimes it's more like average by Katy standards. Inside, the convenience store is expensive and service isn't great. But overall it's just about a three-star rating.

The clerk didn't even say hi.. just told me my total. They stand behind bulletproof glass as if this is a horrible neighborhood (IT'S VERY SAFE in this area.. so that's over the top). The prices of beverages are way overpriced. I will never be back....
