No one picks up the phone. The machines take your money and don’t work. No one is around to help. Avoid this place at all costs. If the owner would come and return me my money or give me credits to wash my car I would change my view of this place.

Charged card for $10 in tokens only got $5. Tried to call number , just a busy tone. This place has progressively gone down hill and have been going here for years

Wow what a steal, takes your money faster than you can water your car, $1.25 per minute. Rain shield is just water, doesn’t repel water at all. Spent more than a drive in car wash where they dry and add armor all for less than $20 bucks.

This car wash used to be the best self service in 2022, but as of 2023 and 2024 maintenance has went 110% downhill the wash always has broken devices and is always out of soap condition other then what's in the brushes and no one wants to use them sadly self service car washes are a dying service in the the Cypress area the best option is the spot down 529 around the Walmart but they tend to be out of soap but ATleast their location works.
-5/10 stars if I could im disappointed in this establishment and hope they sell it for dirt cheap to someone with real motivation to work

Went tonight@ 8:10pm for soft brush car wash. It sprayed water on my car and the machine just stop… then roll back to the front and the air dry came on. No Wash At All! Called number does not work just busy tone. Left note for refund of $10.

This place, like many others just wants to make money and not invest in the business. Multiple bays don’t work at all or work properly and you don’t know h tho you out your money in an figure it out when it’s to late.
