I went in because my dog had an irritated eye and mucus was coming from it and I was concerned. They checked for scratches and ulcers and everything was negative but they advise that I get monthly shots that would cost me $100 a month… odd considering the next day after wiping his eye with a warm towel, his irritation is gone. Do not let these people convince you something serious is wrong with your dog when there isn’t, get multiple opinions before you hand people your money. There have been countless times where they assume or think something is wrong with your pet so they throw a bunch of bills on you-unless there is a positive test, or a solid diagnosis, do not fall into their trap.

"Buckle Up" This establishment has demonstrated a propensity to provide passive language diagnosis with hard dollar cost cures. People are nice; however, business practices are not rooted in honesty. Advice is to stay focused on what you came in for and ask for definitive proof of diagnosis before donating your hard earned dollars to "mights", "could be", or "looks like" diagnosis.

Staff and doctors are caring and friendly. They always answer all my questions before, during and after my dog’s appointments. Been with them since Nov 2021. Hope they never change their management!

Went for final care of my furry family member. Our vet tech, (young strawberry blonde lady) was AMAZING. She calmed down my wife and gave us a room for as long as we needed. She asked the questions that were needed for her to do her job and then she put her clipboard down and just listened. Amazing! She didn't have to do that as neither my wife or I have ever met her. But she allowed us to share emotional memories about our little buddy with her and we never felt rushed or felt like we were just an appointment. That kind of bedside manner is worth its weight in gold during a time like that. You helped us turn sorrow into a homegoing celebration. I am so sorry I missed your name, we were kinda scatterbrained at time, but Thank You! And when I find out your name ma'am, not only will I edit this post to include it so you can have the recognition you so deserve, but you can also count on a bouquet of flowers coming your way soon as well as a giant Thank You from the Rougeau family.
*Update* Aerial from the Gaston Rd location in Katy, TX is her name. Dr. Johnson, I think you and your staff have a really good thing here. Keep up the good work. And Aerial, keep being Awesome!

Went in for a Nail clip. Thought it was going to be $24. When I checked out it was $48. When I questioned why? I was told it was $24 for nail clip and $24 to Tech visit. My question is what tech visit. No one examined her or asked any questions. They walked her in the back, cut her nails, and returned her 5 minutes later. What a rip off. Very overpriced
