I ? this shop! I was in there this past weekend and was helped by the most thoughtful lady ever! She helped put together the cutest wreath and put every bit of thought and effort into it. I love the staff and I really love decorating my porch with RTC for all the holidays!! 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They are amazing! We recently had a Santa Claus fire truck parade in our neighborhood, and they donated the most beautiful wreath to put on the Firetruck and AND beautiful individual ornaments for the firefighters. So grateful for their kindness...

Disappointed to drive to your location, fight the parking and traffic to arrive at 5:30 for your advertised 40 percent off sale. I wish that you had advertised that you would be closing early as well. Door says 6:00 pm, customers inside, but door locked. Spoke with employee on phone and was told they have an event they want to attend, so they decided to close early.

I have been to the cypress location and the Katy location by far is friendlier and better staffed. I was able to enjoy the 40% off Christmas sale.

Super customer service. Went in for Nutcracker tickets but they were out. Without asking, the young lady called another store to find out if they were out of tickets as well. Also, bought some cute fall decor for 75% off. ⭐️

I don't think the other reviews saying the customer service is terrible apply anymore... Every time I go I am always welcomed into the store and the staff try to help in any way they can. This store has the cutest home decor items! I always get compliments from neighbors/friends on the items I have bought from this location. I will definitely continue to shop here, especially when all of the fall decor comes out!
