Living in this apartment complex is a delightful experience! The location was so convenient, near shops and transportation hubs. The apartment itself was spacious, well-maintained, and had beautiful natural light. The gym and pool were fantastic amenities, always clean and enjoyable. What truly made the experience exceptional was the leasing office staff, Belinda and Mercedes. They were incredibly responsive, friendly, and always went above and beyond to assist with any inquiries or concerns. Their dedication made living here feel like being part of a caring community. Overall, I highly recommend this place as a comfortable and welcoming home thanks to the wonderful team, Belinda and Mercedes.

Beautiful . One of the most peaceful apartment complexes in all of Houston. You will live near tons of shops and cafes, superstores, doctor offices, salons, LAKES AND TREES, multiple gym facilities like lifetime and orange theory, parks, library, boutiques and many more.This place is peaceful and has so much to offer. They have a private gym and a pool. The vibe is so elegant and lovely. Beautiful location and they have the most friendliest staff. They are all so friendly and they try their best to make all residents happy.Love this place !

The apartments are in an amazing area and the staff is always on point keeping residents happy and comfortable. The interior of the apartments are cool and open fresh and spacious! If you are looking for what I would consider the perfect place to call home The Lakes at Cinco Ranch is it! We've been here 3 years and love it!

I have only lived in the Lakes of Cinco Ranch Community for a month and I know it's really early for a review, however, I have to say that I already love it here...the community grounds are beautifully maintained and the community itself is very quiet with friendly neighbors. There is a very nice dog park and the lake area is scenic and serene for an afternoon walk. There are many eateries and entertainment options within walking distance from the complex. The maintenance team is fast, friendly and very professional and the office staff are amazing and helpful. Assistant Manager Tony is one of the kindest people and one day even saw him taking a huge turtle who had wandered too far, back over to his home at the lake :) I really feel at home here and I agree with one of the older reviews that say it feels like a real community and not an hotel style complex. Plenty of parking and nice pool area. Right off the Grand Parkway for easy freeway access if you have to commute into Houston. Definitely a real five star community.

I had called maintence to my apartment to fix the thermostat and the first time they came they said they didn't have the parts. They then came the next day with the parts but said they couldn't fix it and and would call the company so they would come the next day. They haven't come back or given me any updates about the company or the thermostat and it has been nearly a month. I am very annoyed and dissapointed.

Lived there for two years and when we moved out we were charged 1,300 for paint and carpet. Even though they would have to change the carpet because we’ve lived there for 2 years plus after 2 years paint will start to dissolve

As a resident, I am quite comfortable living here. Never had any maintenance issue so far. Leasing office staff respond really well. Nice location to live in. I found really easy to shop groceries as they are walkable. Biggest advantage is my kids pediatrician stays just opposite to the community which is walkable. Overall I am super happy that I found this place and live here.

I absolutely love this complex. I viewed so many apartments in Katy, and this one is by far the best. I love that it is smaller then some of these massive almost hotel style apartments. It’s a community. Maintenance is amazing. The front office staff is so helpful and nice. I will not be moving from here until I buy a house.
