We moved here recently and so far we have had a very nice experience living here. The staff are very friendly and eager to help, which we really like and appreciate. Facilities are clean and well maintained. The zone is fantastic if you want everything like shops, bars, restaurants at a walking distance. I also love the lakes in the vicinity.

I’ve been living here for about half a year now, and every month they throw us a holiday ♥️It’s so cute, today we won a huge Christmas basket The children were happy, I can’t describe the joy! Thank you so much guys for making weekdays colorful♥️

Love this place. Apartments are amazing and the staff is amazing and very responsive to needs! Not to mention living in La Centerra and all that comes with that!

There’s nothing you can complain about this place. Management team that are care about their residents. Especially Marylee, she went above and beyond to ensure a smooth moving in experience for me.Located inside a shopping center does save time and gas for grocery shopping. Amenities include library and gym with a lake view made it much better!

Absolutely love this place!! Marylee the leasing associate is amazing! Very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the duration of our tour. I even had the chance to meet the mangers Miguel and DeAnn, in which they were so sweet and welcoming! Hoping to call The Grand home sometime in the near future. ?

READ ME:I paid my rent on time every month for 2 years.I Paid extra for a car spot the entire time 2k in total.They towed my car from my own spot and wouldn’t refund the money.“I PAID FOR THIS SPOT”My spouse died and I moved out.The grand is charging me 7k.I broke the lease legally due to death.THE GRAND SAYS I OWE 7kI hate this place please. DONT DO IT.Don’t do it, don’t do it, don’t do it.

I’ve lived here for about a year and my stay has been an extremely pleasant one.The apartments are well taken care off, the community is inclusive and the leasing office is extremely helpful, friendly, caring and responsive. A big shout out to Deanne, Devin and Miguel for making my time here hassle free.The only suggestion I have is installing double paned windows in the units which are facing the lake as the vehicle noise from the grand parkway does come through in the units constantly and with the grand parkway expanding, this noise will only increase.

Me and my husband just moved here about 2-3 weeks ago. Devin helped us out from the beginning and was so helpful. He is extremely nice and always is there when we need him. As well as Miguel the assistant manager very very nice people, they have made our experience wonderful. We are new but The place is great with excellent views. You need a key for basically everything which I like for security purposes. I never hear my neighbors next door but when I do pass by them they are all nice. Traders Joe’s is next door and walk for my groceries. I would rate this place 10 out of 10.

I’ve been living here for almost a year now, and so far the experience has been absolutely amazing! All staff are so professional! Miguel has helped me throughout the entire process of me getting into my apt. I really appreciate him. Excellent customer service. Also the environment is nice.If I could give 20 stars I would !
