The man that works as a cashier there is extremely rude and unprofessional. I went into the store and initially bought four travel size cleanser gift boxes because that was all I saw in a specific section. Then on my way out I noticed that there were more so I grabbed five more because I needed them for bridesmaids gift boxes. I went back to the same line that the man was in and was next in line. Then the other register opened and the woman behind the counter called me over. When I went over to her the man proceeded to yell at me that I was going over the supposed five item limit that was store policy. This was my first time at the store (and probably my last). There were no signs anywhere of this policy. I was not aware of the policy at all. First of all he wasn't the one at the register that I was in. Second he could have easily told me nicely that there is a store limit and that I can only get one more and I would have been happy to have obliged. But instead he chose to yell at me and accuse me of trying to sneak past him when again I was initially in his line and had no idea of this policy. There are so many other ways he could have handled this. This man should not be working at this store or anywhere that you have to actually deal with customers. I have no clue how he would have handled an actual difficult customer if this was his reaction to a simple situation.

Be aware of RACIST!! I came to shop on Black Friday today, but I'm very, very angry!! Because they don't treat customers of every skin color fairly and I feel like they are being racist!!When I was checking out it was clear that my order was over $150 but I was only given the two advertised freebies, not the ORIGINS set that was given to me over $125. When I went to check my package after checking out and realized I didn't have this freebie I went to ask the cashier.I asked the cashier about it, but then I realized that a non-Asian customer behind me had gotten the "Origin" gift set and an additional aveda sample that was not advertised. So I asked her why she didn't give me the origin freebie and she said it was gone when I checked out, but she didn't mention anything about it when I checked out.I said then why did the customer behind me get the freebie and she said they just got it out of the stockroom and it wasn't there when I checked out so they couldn't give it to me. This made no sense at all!!I asked for a manager and she told me to wait until she was done with the long line of customers.I was so angry that I called the manager in the store to come and take care of it, it took several times for the manager to come and ask me what happened, I recounted the story and she kept defending her employee, not apologizing and making me get back in line before she could take care of it for me.So I waited in another long line before it was my turn, and I realized that the free haircare had selection and the girl who checked me out just shoved 2 freebies down my throat without giving me any options at all.Although the manager eventually gave me the freebies I deserved, I didn't hear a single word of apology for all the time from start to finish.I don't understand why the non-Asian customers behind me don't need to go through all the trouble to get the freebies they deserve, is this company discriminating against Asians?I forgot to ask for their names but their CASHIER IDs are 1710977 and 1711738! I've never seen such poor service and company before, I would like to get a reasonable explanation and apology from your company!

The Store in Katy Mills is supposed to open at 10;00 it's 10:30 still not open and not answering the phone!

The employees are too busy being on their phones to greet customers when they come in. They’re also too busy on their phones to notice that customers are waiting at the check out counter. They’re even too busy to put price tags on about 40% of their items

Manager Broot can do the job better. She knew I was told by her assistant that I am qualified to get three gifts based on the current promotion. After spend 40 mins to pick the gifts, I showed Broot the gifts I picked and told her those La Mer items are what I want to buy. But she didn’t tell me La Mer is excluded until she registered me for membership. When I told them her assistant Yami told me the wrong information both of them act like it is not a big deal to waste my time. They insisted they told me before I paid, but trying to skip the part that they were also the ones that waste my 40 mins and made me registered a membership for nothing.I feel she just want to make me registered even if I may not actually buy anything. Otherwise she could just tell me I can’t get the gift before registering me. And the membership will not give me any discount. It is not professional and I don’t feel they actually care about the customer. The three young girls include Yami and manager Broot were chatting behind the shelf most of the time unless customers came to them during the time I was in their store.

I definitely love this place for their reliable brands at a low cost. The products work just the same and the seals are also intact. So i definitely trust the store and the products they sell. They also have markdowns at certain time of the year when I usually purge. Love them !! All my products are from these people and there’s nothing that I would ever regret buying from This store

The staff here is amazing and the deals are great. Manager Amber always remembers me although I only visit a few times a year. She greets me with a smile and gives me the rundown on every deal.

Fake products. They try and sell you $4-7000 product then all of a sudden you're being sold a bunch of skin care stuff. I went in for a $60 facial and ended up getting cajoled into a $4000 Purchase for non surgical facelift in yet to experience.
